I was purchasing a gift card for my son-in-law on short notice. Since this was a gift and I wanted to make sure I got it on time I asked it to come to my email address. I hope he won't have any problems using it.
I stopped in the store in Allentown for 2 new helmets. The only option in the sizes we needed were white or that weird blue color... I can't believe black had to be ordered. But they shipped on time, and arrived in perfect condition... so no complaints
Very helpful nice staff, it took me a while to figure out what kind of helmet I wanted. They didn't seem like they were in a hurry for me to buy something and get out, they even helped install my headsets for my son and I.

Like my Shoei Rf-1400 that I've had for a few years. Saw the Neotech ll,it's a modular Helmut with integrated sun shield and the Sena SRL-mesh communicator fits perfectly in this Helmut. It will be great for trips. I can connect to cell phone, get verbal directions with Google maps or connect to GPS unit.
I've been ordering with Cycle Gear for years and now I have a store 3 miles from home.
I like Shoei Helmuts and I wanted a blue tooth communicator,so the Sena SRL-mesh was great option.

I went into the store and ordered a helmet. After try a few helmets on I showed him a picture of the helmet I wanted, including item number. I thought was getting an all Black Scorpion helmet, however i received a Black and Grey printed one. This helmet was also $20 more than original one I asked for.

Quality of craftsmanship is mediocre at best and the shipping took far too long with multiple inconveniences
There were no help at all and honestly I. Felt insulted by their lack of empathy towards my situation

The team at Cycle Gear is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The tire they provided, mounted and balanced for my '82 Yamaha sidecar rig was perfect. And they all enjoyed having my 'copilot, a 13lb Terrier mix 'rescue hang out while we were at Cycle Gear!
Cycle Gear is always able to provide the parts I require for my ‘82 Yamaha SECA and my other two bikes. Plus they are all ‘riders.
The replacement tire they provided is the same manufacturer and size as the one I’d been running and pleased with for several years.

Purchased a motorcycle tire for my son's bike. I was told it would probably be around five days to have it shipped to the store and they would install it from there. To my surprise, I received a call after two days, saying that the tire had arrived and was installed and ready for pick up. I will do all of my business with cycle gears in Riverdale.

I dropped wheels off to get the tires I had ordered mounted on Tuesday. When I returned on Saturday they still weren't mounted and I waited 1.5hrs for them to get done.
