I was purchasing a gift card for my son-in-law on short notice. Since this was a gift and I wanted to make sure I got it on time I asked it to come to my email address. I hope he won't have any problems using it.
I stopped in the store in Allentown for 2 new helmets. The only option in the sizes we needed were white or that weird blue color... I can't believe black had to be ordered. But they shipped on time, and arrived in perfect condition... so no complaints

I'm a new rider and I went into CycleGear looking to get a helmet. They were very personable and pleasant. I was fitted into a helmet and the one I wanted wasn't in stock so they ordered it for me and had it delivered to my home. I received it within a few days and was astonished with how seamless the whole process was. I'll be going back for all my gear!

It took entirely to long ( two weeks) to receive my order. I could not track it for the first week. If I had know up front I would have been better prepared to wait that long.
I had purchased a helmet from the store and jad a great experience. In doing so I decided to return. I will shop there again and had recommended cycle gear to my nephew. However, I will never order anything on line again.

CG didn't care the Daytona Roadstar GTX boots I was looking for. CG ordered them, had them shipped to the store - this way, if they didn't fit, I'd be able to return them and order a new size all at the same time.

Love the new helmet. The fit and finish is second to none. If you want the best adventure helmet on the market then this is the unit for you.
The product stated online at the time of purchase that it was in stock at the warehouse and would ship within 24hrs of the order being placed. Unfortunately it didn’t ship for more than 4 days, but did arrive on the 6th day. When I contacted customer service it took them 2 days to respond and by that time the product had already shipped. They just said sorry. Overall I love the product, but was just disappointed on the unexpected shipping delay.
I chose to purchase from cyclegear so that it would be easy to return locally at a retail store if needed, especially if the sizing was off.
Arai makes some of the best helmets on the market. The old model xd4 was on the market and unchanged for about a decade due to it great design and being so ahead of its time when it was released. I purchased the new xd5 for that specific reason. It will be years before the competition catches up.
