It's tough to shop for clothing on the internet since one can never be sure how well things will fit. Other than that, purchasing was easy and fast and the jacket arrived very quickly with no issues related to shipping.
I stopped in the store in Allentown for 2 new helmets. The only option in the sizes we needed were white or that weird blue color... I can't believe black had to be ordered. But they shipped on time, and arrived in perfect condition... so no complaints

The Mag Case is pretty good hold very strong to the handlebar mount but the magnet isn't as strong as I thought it to be. It holds up great on bare metal but a little weak with painted metal. Still holds on strong and won't slip so I'm happy with the products!

Had Cycle Gear order a new tire and tube for my Super Moto. Took about 5 days to get the new tire. Then another 4 days to get the tires installed on the rim.

The Product I ordered, riding shoes for warm weather, was on time and as advertised.
I have used CycleGear many times because I have a local store front and whenever I have had to return an item they have always been great to work with. Also, their prices are competitive with other retailers.
I have purchased other Alpinestars items in the past and have always been happy with their quality. These shoes were no different. I will get much use out of them I'm sure.

I've purchased items off and on over the years from Cycle Gear and never have had any problems. Prompt, quick, and easy. For the times I had to return an item I was always dealt with courteously and never given any grief.
The price was right and I have a store near by to deal with actual humans in the event that I have issues with my order. Customer service has always been top notch. Please keep up the good work...so many places today are lacking in good customer service.

The clothing looks great and the store pickup was easy, except that there was no option for a gift receipt. So if the recipient needs a different size, or returns it for whatever reason, the clothing amount is returned to MY account. He can't even exchange or get store credit. I won't purchase a gift from there again.

Did a little research on back packs was looking for something that could be used for day pack or for 1 to 3 day trip and this seemed to fit the bill. So far happy with it time will tell how durable it is.
Price was better than other retailers RevZilla etc.
