Was told I'd get a call the day the fuel line I ordered came in. I didn't hear anything for a week so I tracked it- it had been delivered to the store 5 days ago. I call the store and when they found it they said " it's here, was just delivered." I asked why I never got a call since FedEx tracking showed it delivered 5 days earlier. I was told "FedEx does that a lot, they mark something delivered that hasn't been."

Shopping in Cycle gear was very enjoyable, it had available the product I was looking for and in stock, the free shipping always make me happy and more likely to shop so when cycle gear showed the option I feel completely at ease shopping there, I love my 10% first purchase discount code!.
The only thing I would like to improve is the delivery times and notification of shipment to easy the long waiting to get that great new toy found.
Overall, a great and straight forward experience, I keep coming back to check on new gear and offers.

I was looking for gear that enhances rider safety and cycle gear had a great selection and tech help to understand the pro-cons of the gear, ended up buying the Helite airbag vest, but sadly I did not see the airbag pants that I saw advertised on other site.

Riding around the world mostly in warm climates
Olivia is amazing! She has great customer service, knows what's perfect for the customer and isn't a pushy salesperson. She took extra time to explain everything and was just fantastic to work with. The only reason I gave 4 stars on delivery time was because of Fed Ex and not CycleGear!

My son and I received great service and follow-through on our purchase. These helmets fit perfectly and have adjustable dials to make them even better. Glad we could try on different sizes and styles to find the right one. Not a ton of options in Chico, so I'm glad for this one!

I made a trip to my "local" cycle gear (about 60 minutes away) and the employee who helped me was super great. I got sized for a few jackets and tried on shoes to get the right fit. Even though they didn't have what I wanted in the store, being able to find my true size for a few brands and styles gave me a huge confidence boost ordering my gear online.

Bought my last set of helmets here six years ago, staff was amazing fitting and installing Bluetooth Sena gear at a good price. It was time for an upgrade so I came back again and was not disappointed found helmets with the Bluetooth built-in for about the same price, again they fitted my girl and then had them ordered, shipped to my door in a couple of days ready for a great day riding

Quality and safety
Everything on site worked as intended! With store credit to boot! This helmet will complete the Captain America look with my jacket I modded and gloves/patches. But the cheek pads are too thick according to sizing for my 22.125" hat size? Great other than that.
I like dealing with a shop that also has a store local to me.
Order not shipped until tbe day it was due to arrive. Missed riding on Memorial Day! 98 bucks and had to spend another 10 locally on acid. Didn't say no acid with when I ordered?
Bottom line, no acid bottle. Should always come with tbe needed acid. Otherwise is pretty worthless.
Because they are also about 1/2 hour away from me! Lots of stuff for my V Star! Need customer service improvement.
My '18 V Star came with the same battery I bought. Lasted 6 years.

I have a favorite pair of gloves I've had several pairs of over the years and it was time for another pair. After about 5 years and many rain storms the velcro isn't as great. I hopped online and got another pair on the way in no time. Our local store doesn't have a lot of selection but I can still get them online.

I had stopped wearing full face helmets in favor of half helmets. I still like the half helmet but this one is comfortable enough that I'll be wearing it on a long road trip. The flip up face is nice although don't try riding with it up. It has a vent in front that can be opened or closed and vents in the back. The integrated headset is nice and works well. The only drawbacks are the com device only has three buttons so it'll take some time to remember what combinations and how long to hold them does what. Also the speakers in the helmet are ok but pale in comparison to speakers on the bike
I purchase the Diablo Rosso online and had it delivered to my local Cycle Gear for mounting. While there they were able to help my son pick out a set of tires for his bike also. I've always had great interactions with all the staff at Cycle Gear. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for motorcycle gear and accessories.

I almost always choose Cycle Gear because they have what I need and it’s easy to find either online or in store. They also have some of the best customer service found anyway both online and in store.
Only thing I would suggest is that Cycle Gear changes their policy to restock once the units hit 1, not 0. This way you have more sizes available rather than out of stock. Zero issues with the employees, great service!
Was told the tires might be shipped from Sparks and thus be there overnight but instead took more than a week coming from PA. Front and rear tire pressures were set wrong (both *******@40 PSI). Tire Balance weight wasn't precise. Had to add a couple grams weight to both wheels to make it exact.

I ordered this exact part/vortex chain kit 520 from Amazon and they sent the completely wrong sprockets and I reordered with cycle gear and they helped me in making sure I had the exact kit for my year bike etc. way better to deal with people in person. Worth the extra 30 or 40 bucks and having it ship to the store is cool too.
To have an in person with experience in making sure I'm buying the correct parts for the project I'm on.

Won’t again
I did a search on Cycle Gear's website for Suzuki Hayabusa products. It turned up an open-box special for a motorcycle cover, which I ordered. What came was a cover that didn't fit and on subsequent investigation was a cover for a 250. Since this was already an open-box item, I'm wondering how many customers are going to have to order and return this item before someone fixes the coding on the website? I haven't received my refund yet, so I'm hoping I'm only out the cost of postage for return shipping.

The website search by make and model turned up this product. This turned out to be a coding error.
OK so far. Let's see if they deliver the right product.
Scratched up my visor and it was becoming hard to see out of. So I went to Cycle Gear to see if I could find a replacement. They didn't have it in stock but the clerk was nice and got it for me on their online site, and because I purchasing it at a store I didn't have to pay for shipping. Come a week later and a big ole box was on my doorstep waiting for me.
