It's tough to shop for clothing on the internet since one can never be sure how well things will fit. Other than that, purchasing was easy and fast and the jacket arrived very quickly with no issues related to shipping.
I stopped in the store in Allentown for 2 new helmets. The only option in the sizes we needed were white or that weird blue color... I can't believe black had to be ordered. But they shipped on time, and arrived in perfect condition... so no complaints
New rider and since I learned about cycle gear I have had no issues other than the local store is a far drive for me. The people at the Bedford location have been courteous and attentive each time I have been in. Online has been fine. I try to wait until there is a sale.
I am a new rider and they are local. Also referred by another rider.
It fits my helmet and it was on sale.

I bought a duo pack of the Cardo Packtalk Edge helmet bluetooth. The installation was very easy, because I was able to make use of the existing speakers and microphone from my previous Cardo Freecom 4+. So, it only took about 10 minutes to install the new Edge and make the two mic and speaker connections. Since it was a duo pack, the two Packtalk Edges were already grouped, so they both worked right out of the box. The setup of the Cardo app was also very easy and the update only took about 20 minutes. The only issue I had was that we have a third rider who also bought a Packtalk Edge, but his was not paired in our group from the factory. So, we did have some difficulty trying to get his unit joined to our group. Therefore, rather than spend a lot of time trying to get it done, we just went to the Cycle Gear store and asked them to do it for us. It only took the guy at the counter about 10 minutes and he had all three of us joined in a DMC group and we were talking right away. What is so nice about the Packtalk's DMC is that there's no more pairing or connecting when we ride. We just show up at the meeting place and all three of the Edges connect up automatically. It's so cool that we don't ever have to do anything but be within range. For us, we would get connected within about 1/8 to 1/4 mile before we actually got to our meeting point, so the range on these things is pretty good. The voice commands on the Edge work far better than the ones of the Freecoms did. And, the magnetic mounting is terrific! It makes it so easy to just pop the unit on and off for charging. The battery seems to have good life, as we have barely used any capacity on the two rides we've been on with them. Still saying the battery is full. Also, when you turn the unit off, it now tells you the battery status right before it shuts down. Another thing that is good about the Edge is that if you want to pair it with a non-DMC Bluetooth unit, it does it easily. I was able to connect very easily to the Freecom 4+ on my wife's helmet. So, we are quite pleased with our Cardo Packtalk Edge units and especially pleased with the Cycle Gear staff for making it so easy to help get us all connected and grouped up.
The people at the counter helped us get our three Edges grouped together and working. It was very good customer service.
I've been a Cycle Gear customer for close to two decades now. They have always had the gear that I needed at reasonable prices and they have always stood by their products until I was satisfied. They make it easy to find and purchase the products I want. I would recommend them to anyone who rides motorcycles of any kind.
I had read about and heard about the Cardo Packtalk Edge for a couple of years and I decided that the DMC would improve communication between me and my riding buddies. We were ready to upgrade our Cardos, so we all decided to get the Edge. It has been a very good upgrade in automatically connecting, sound quality, and voice commands. Since we had already been using a Cardo product and had tried other brands, we already felt that Cardo makes the best units with the best technology. And being able to get them at a good price at Cycle Gear made it an easy decision.

We have been searching for a helmet for my wife and it has not been an easy task. The staff at Cycle Gear Savannah have made it a real pleasure to go in store to try on various brands to get that perfect fit like I got for my head.

How should I choose a helmet if I don't see a photo on your website? Why can't you fix this error? Last week I saw the photos, but now I don't. Fix it. I like your store, but I will have to order a helmet from another store

The particular size tire I was seeking seems to be in short supply, but I found it at CG at one of the better prices going. The unfortunate downside is CG mounting services are only available to those with a cager to carry in the wheel. No problem. I will proudly roll my metric into the vacant lot next to the Harley garage and get that wheel off.
They had the tire I needed - free shipping
I am trying the shinko 705 as a result of a surprising number of positive reviews by like minded cheapskates in the KLR forums.

I saw a couple of YouTube videos about this skid plate installation. In both cases two of the four rear holes did not line up. I left the mount supplied with the kit loose and all bolts/screws linger up perfectly, then I tightened the mount bolts. I had to bend the skid plat on the left rear to allow space for the Honda OEM engine guards, but I did it with ease. It is a fantastic skid plate. I feel confident it will give me all the protection I need!
I have had nothing but great experiences with CycleGear.

Ordered a part unsure if it would fit my bike. Shipped free to my local CycleGear where an employee helped me figure out the fitment. Ended up returning the part, and the employee took it a step further by helping me search for an alternative. Very positive shopping experience.

Even though I was riding a 15 year old helmet, CycleGear had the replacement liner and pads! Outstanding!
All the variety of on-line shopping with a brick and mortar store nearby (Pleasanton, CA.) I go to CycleGear first for all my moto stuff.

Should offer the military discount no matter what. The discount in most areas only covers the tax so why not.

I have placed an order with CycleGear on 23-Feb-22. At the time I'm writing the review on 09-Mar-22 my shipment is still with USPS. As per CycleGear info, the international shipments suppose to take up to 5 business days. We are as of today at day 8 and the shipment is still in the distribution facility. Not even been shipped abroad.
For the pleasure of not getting my order (anywhere near) on time and/or near any timelines stated on the seller's website, I had to pay $40 for shipping, for a small to medium light package. I'm yet to find out if that will be the total shipping cost or I have to pay additionally if they are using another local shipping company in the country I live in.
Oh, they offered me $20 off my next purchase, like there will be one...
Guys, just avoid.
Just as a reference, my orders from FCP Euro took 3-4 days tops from the moment I place my order and shipping is cheaper for ca spear parts = heavy packages.

I needed a pin lock visor insert for my helmet to stop it from fogging up and checked on Cycle Gear. They had the visor insert I needed, reasonably priced, and got it to me in only a couple of days. I was also able to use my rewards cash for being an RPM member so it ended up being free!
They have great selection and an easy to use site. I also like the RPM membership that gets me discounts, quick shipping, cash back, and the REVER app.
This completely stopped my visor from fogging while riding to work early in the mornings.
