The support I have received from my local Cycle Gear Store (Greenville SC) in particular by Brooke was outstanding. I had to go through several purchases and returns to get the perfect lid.

Item was well packaged, what I wanted and delivered promptly where I asked. I was not so keen on getting a modular helmet, but I did to match my wife and it is working well. Good choice and the help at Cycle Gear was awesome. We ordered hers online and delivered to the store and then ordered mine at the store and delivered to my house. Both worked very well.
They had lots of choices and the one we were looking for.

I did have an order hiccup... when I thought I ordered the tires. It seemed like I didn't. Not sure if it were operator error or a glitch in the portal. When I thought I reordered, the address reverted back to my house (wanted to ship to store and have them mount the tires.) Turns out for the best. The tires were early and I mounted them myself.

Best place to get any kind of motorcycle gear and or tires mounted and balanced on your motorcycle. Great people to deal with and do business. Will continue to purchase any and all products needed from cycle gear.
Called and asked about how long it would take to mount and balance a tire. Was notified that the wheel would not be ready until the following day. Other places I called it was days out before I would get the wheel back. Was notified when the wheel was ready the following day.
Convenient being only 20min from the house and having everything I have needed to ride and ride safely.
Prices are lower than almost anyone around.

Was happy to get my 3rd base with the JBL's included unlike my second base where I had to order them separately. Bonus was the kit was on sale.
Carry more selection than the motorcycle dealers
I already have the Freecom 4X one one helmet and a second base one another helmet. Just got a new helmet from Cycle Gear and needed another base for it.
