Shopping in Cycle gear was very enjoyable, it had available the product I was looking for and in stock, the free shipping always make me happy and more likely to shop so when cycle gear showed the option I feel completely at ease shopping there, I love my 10% first purchase discount code!.
The only thing I would like to improve is the delivery times and notification of shipment to easy the long waiting to get that great new toy found.
Overall, a great and straight forward experience, I keep coming back to check on new gear and offers.

My son and I received great service and follow-through on our purchase. These helmets fit perfectly and have adjustable dials to make them even better. Glad we could try on different sizes and styles to find the right one. Not a ton of options in Chico, so I'm glad for this one!

The staff at Cycle gear were professional and friendly. They answered all of our questions and clearly explained how the "Riders Preferred" membership worked. It ended up saving us quite a bit of money.

I ordered handlebar grips the site said would fit my 2017 Harley Roadster. The throttle grip did NOT fit, and I had to shave down part of the plastic to make them work.

Delivery time was atrocious. It took more than a full week to arrive. They picked the slowest carrier. It would have been cheaper and faster is they just used US Postal Service.

This was the first time I've ordered from CycleGear, and undoubtedly, it will also be the last.

I sent the company an email stating the delivery method they used to ship my parts was incredibly slow, and it would have been preferred if they simply used the postal service. The reply I received back was basic information about when it shipped and how I could track it.

I was legitimately attempting to tell the company they lost me as a customer and how they can fix this issue so they don’t lose future customers. I think it fell of deaf ears because the response I got back was basically a computer decides how it should be shipped.

The computer doesn’t take into account customer satisfaction when choosing delivery times.

CycleGear is losing a ton of business. I suspect their customer retention numbers are pretty low, as well as the number of first-time-customers making a second purchase within a year. I tried to tell them why, but it honestly fell on deaf ears.

If I ran the marketing department of this company, this $#*! would be fixed immediately.

We brought our grandson, age 15, to pick out riding gear for a Honda 125 dirt bike. He loved the helmet, the boots and everything he found! The helpful lady let him pick out what he liked while telling him what his choices would accomplish in the long run. He became wiser and changed his mind a few times because of her respectful advice. We are very grateful for you guys at Cycle Gear!

I was able to get information about the different types of helmets as far as the quality and noise management. It helped me make a really good choice. The helmet shipped quickly and was actually delivered sooner than expected which was great!

I recently had to purchase a few items from this location whether they had it in stock or not staff is always amazing specifically matches. He has always been able to assist with everything I have needed

I made a trip to my "local" cycle gear (about 60 minutes away) and the employee who helped me was super great. I got sized for a few jackets and tried on shoes to get the right fit. Even though they didn't have what I wanted in the store, being able to find my true size for a few brands and styles gave me a huge confidence boost ordering my gear online.

Bought my last set of helmets here six years ago, staff was amazing fitting and installing Bluetooth Sena gear at a good price. It was time for an upgrade so I came back again and was not disappointed found helmets with the Bluetooth built-in for about the same price, again they fitted my girl and then had them ordered, shipped to my door in a couple of days ready for a great day riding

Went to pick up my helmet order and the feint desk employee offered to helped put on the pinlock anti fog screen and did an excellent job keeping the dust off. Really appreciate having his expertise in installing it

Everything on site worked as intended! With store credit to boot! This helmet will complete the Captain America look with my jacket I modded and gloves/patches. But the cheek pads are too thick according to sizing for my 22.125" hat size? Great other than that.

I have a favorite pair of gloves I've had several pairs of over the years and it was time for another pair. After about 5 years and many rain storms the velcro isn't as great. I hopped online and got another pair on the way in no time. Our local store doesn't have a lot of selection but I can still get them online.

I purchase the Diablo Rosso online and had it delivered to my local Cycle Gear for mounting. While there they were able to help my son pick out a set of tires for his bike also. I've always had great interactions with all the staff at Cycle Gear. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for motorcycle gear and accessories.

Only thing I would suggest is that Cycle Gear changes their policy to restock once the units hit 1, not 0. This way you have more sizes available rather than out of stock. Zero issues with the employees, great service!

Was told the tires might be shipped from Sparks and thus be there overnight but instead took more than a week coming from PA. Front and rear tire pressures were set wrong (both *******@40 PSI). Tire Balance weight wasn't precise. Had to add a couple grams weight to both wheels to make it exact.

Ordered clutch plates for the store, to be shipped to my home. The employee behind the counter was super friendly, nolagable, and took his time to explain the difference in the brands. Very pleasant experience, and I always feel more than just a customer. Keep it up!

Cycle Gear is an amazing store. It is the first time for me as I am a new rider, but the crew at the store in Edison is super helpful. Thomas guided me through the whole process. From finding the right fit to my helmet, to recommending brands of gloves, and much more.

I ordered this exact part/vortex chain kit 520 from Amazon and they sent the completely wrong sprockets and I reordered with cycle gear and they helped me in making sure I had the exact kit for my year bike etc. way better to deal with people in person. Worth the extra 30 or 40 bucks and having it ship to the store is cool too.

I ordered a helmet and visor, the fedex truck did not deliver it to a safe location at my house and the product was stolen. The employee at cycle gear i talked too was very professional and helpful, cycle gear ended up sending me a new helmet and visor free of charge and i greatly appreciate everything that ya'll did for me.

He was nice and got me a new helmet that was stolen before i could get it

Web site easy to use, lots of items to choose from, broad range of pricing. This seems like a competitive company that is willing to do what they can to make the shopping experience positive. Also easy to use, not a lot of static in the order process.

Bets hamlet I have put in this price range. The inside is very soft. Waiting to see how tell the top of my head and cheeks break in. But as a helmet as a whole it's very good quality and definitely worth the money especially on sale as of time of purchase.
