It's tough to shop for clothing on the internet since one can never be sure how well things will fit. Other than that, purchasing was easy and fast and the jacket arrived very quickly with no issues related to shipping.
Was told I'd get a call the day the fuel line I ordered came in. I didn't hear anything for a week so I tracked it- it had been delivered to the store 5 days ago. I call the store and when they found it they said " it's here, was just delivered." I asked why I never got a call since FedEx tracking showed it delivered 5 days earlier. I was told "FedEx does that a lot, they mark something delivered that hasn't been."
Great customer service and assistance in answering our questions so we made the right purchase for us. Appreciate their help.

I really enjoy Cycle Gear. My order shipped separately but everything got to me sooner than it said it would. I really enjoyed the products and quality of everything I got.
It was the first brand I found. I went in person and the people were extremely nice and pleasant so I made my purchase online. Also the prices were really good and the sales were actually sales.

I had ordered a set of tires and was tracking them via-cycle gear and FedEx, I got an email stating that they had arrived in store so I go to pick them up when I walk in it "seemed " like they were super busy and there were about 8 people standing in line which would have been fine but after still waiting 15 minutes one of the cashiers, finally decided to acknowledge that we were all standing there waiting for him to stop talking to a buddy of his, he stated that he would have called us over had he known we were alaet well you have know if you were not chatting away to a friend, I finally made it to the counter and spoke to the woman that was working and told her I was there to pick up a set of tires, she went out back for about 15 seconds and said that they were not there I proceeded to show her the emails I got that they had been delivered the day prior. She then proceeded to tell me that that was not the right email I was pretty upset so as I went back out to my car I called customer service and spoke to them about the issue. He called the store and let them know that on his end he did see that they were delivered and signed by a manager the day prior after about another 15 minutes or so he came back on and let me know that they had found the tires and they were there. When I went back into the store the same lady was now laughing and joking with some of her friends she looked up and saw that I had returned to the store but did not acknowledge me whatsoever luckily the person who customer service had contacted was at the counter with my tires it was just a horrible experience terrible terrible customer service inside the store.

Very responsive to my inquiries and I was kept up to date as far as when I could expect delivery.
My order confirmation ended up in my junk email where I didn't see it. I reached out and I was promptly and pleasantly satisfied with a new confirmation email.

AS I'M RIDING MY MOTORCYCLE AND KEEP RECEIVING TEXTS FROM CYCLE GEAR. I HAVE TO PULL OVER ON THE FREEWAY TO READ THEM! I HAVE OVER 800 MEMBERS (Wanderlust M/C) IN MY CLUB AND CAN'T TAKE THE CHANCE THAT SOMEONE HAS CRASHED OR NEEDS MY HELP! BUT I COULDN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO "OPT OUT OF TEXTS" THIS IS BULL$#*!!

The carb kit was good and had all the hardware needed. Bike runs great after carburetor build. Only issue was the gasket of the bowl was too large but I managed to make it work with no leak.
