It's tough to shop for clothing on the internet since one can never be sure how well things will fit. Other than that, purchasing was easy and fast and the jacket arrived very quickly with no issues related to shipping.
Was told I'd get a call the day the fuel line I ordered came in. I didn't hear anything for a week so I tracked it- it had been delivered to the store 5 days ago. I call the store and when they found it they said " it's here, was just delivered." I asked why I never got a call since FedEx tracking showed it delivered 5 days earlier. I was told "FedEx does that a lot, they mark something delivered that hasn't been."
I didn't know if the tires would fit but they fit perfect and ride amazing

I ordered about $1,500.00 worth of gear from cycle gear. If you want a tracking number from this company you have to email them? None of the equipment that I ordered came with a tracking number. Found no items on the website in store so I had to order online. Shipping from most items took a very long time 5-6 days.
I have been waiting on a helmet to ship for three weeks. Even though the site states it was in stock they did not have it, I was told that they had to get it from a third party and it would have to ship to them before they could ship it out. After two weeks I told them I wanted to cancel the order. Magically the rep told me the helmet arrived at the warehouse and they will ship it out. He told me if I didn't receive the tracking number to reach out in a couple of days. Of course, no one sent me a tracking number so I had to follow up again. After asking me for a tracking number the rep gave me different tracking numbers for my other items. I had to explain to them that the tracking was for my helmet with the order number I provided. He proceeded to tell me that the helmet still has not shipped. I canceled the order and ordered from a different company that will be here in 3 days.
I tried to return some clutch levers on one of my orders because they did not fit my bike. The site says not available for return.
I will not be purchasing anything else from Cycle Gear unless it can't be avoided.
This day in age where most things can be shipped and received in two days, it's not acceptable not to even get a tracking number for your orders.

Item came as arrived, but sizing is off- unable to try on ahead of time. Quality is as described. I ordered another jacket and will return one.
My second jacket got lost in shipping- couriers fault. Cycle gear immediately sent another which i am expecting to receive.
I’ve been shopping with cycle gear since I’ve started riding- over 10 years. They have a wide selection of product that fits my needs.
