I ordered the correct product for my helmet but the design of the pinlock has apparently changed since the one I was replacing was purchased. The space the pins go into wasn't as deep and I had to trim it a bit on one side. Be can careful. Cut too much and it's worthless.

The online shopping experience was good. I chose ship-to-store and the tire arrived at the store in plenty of time to meet my needs. My plan was to drop my wheel off at the store when I was outbound on a business trip (driving from South Carolina to North Carolina), then pick up the wheel with tire moujnted on the way home. All went like clockwork.
The store mounted and balanced the tire in time for me to pick it up as planned. I got home and remounted the wheel, which is a lot of work on my bike. But by the time I had remounted it, three of the five balancing weights fell off. An examination of the weights showed that they didn't bother to clean the rim in the area where the weights were applied, so they didn't stick.
Called the store, and their answer was for me to put the weights back on myself (as if it's that easy to figure out where they were), or take the wheel off and come back...a 40-mile drive and a lot of work, with no guarantee that they would do it right the second time. I was so upset with them that I went out and bought a balancing stand at Harbor Freight.

Dunlop tires are designed for Harleys.

Product was as advertised. Fit was good, had to trim some off the bottom of legs but overall fit was as expected. Link to track delivery didn't work. Had to go to website and pull up my order and copy tracking number from there and paste into fedex website tracker. Package took a couple days longer than expected but got it in about a week. Overall, satisfied.
Called because tracking link emailed to me wasn’t working correctly. Was told it was working on their end and told when the package was due to arrive. No suggestion or offer to resend tracking information.
Had what I was looking for at a decent price.

I went to my local Cycle Gear to pick up a new visor for my Shoei Neo-tech 2 and they didn't have it in stock so they ordered it and shiped to my house! It was there in 2 days.

Tires were delivered to the Allentown store in 2 days. Only waited 25 minutes to have them mounted and balanced. Very happy with the feel of the tires on a Kawasaki Voyager.
