We had a hiccup where the product was in shipment limbo for several days. But it was resolved when I contacted customer support.

As a new rider, I had no idea the differences in gear or broad range. Nikki was super helpful with helping me pick out a helmet and finding an amazing one that was eligible for the coupon. Your clothing ranges and options are broad, and very fun. I appreciate the laid back approach of your sales people - but available for help as needed. Thanks for all the safety gear.

My wife and I went in to get her gear but unfortunately this store didn't have everything she found online. The guy helping us ordered everything and said if it doesn't fit they will order something different or a larger size, no charge. That was really cool. Thankfully when it came in it all fit.
