I went to Cyclegear to try on overpants, they didn't have the size I needed so I thought I would just order them online but the sales rep said that if they ordered them the store got credit. I let them place the order and said what size I needed but the rep put in the wrong order size. I had to purchase a second larger set so I could get what I needed in time because by the time I returned the originals and get the second order coming it would have been too late.
I had the cycle gear rep try and stop the order and get the correct size coming but they told him the order was too far along so I had to receive the wrong size and then take it back to the store for a refund. It didn't ship for a couple of more days so there should have been a way that it could have been exchanged for the correct size which was the same color and price.
I like to try on gear locally to make sure I can get the correct size.
The Bilt 2 overpants are great. My last set lasted about a decade with a ton of use on them and they are one of the only overpants with an insulated liner and the zipper that goes high up on the thigh so I can put them on over my size 12 boots.

Quick and easy shopping. I live about 60 miles from my nearest Cycle Gear store so I do have to buy a lot of my cycling items on line.
Have shopped in the store many times and know they have a lot of what I need.

The purchase was simple, I bought into the club or frequent buyer program and was told I couldn't cancel, I'm out the money and have been getting a constant barrage of email. Nearest location is over an hour from me, so it was a waste of money
My riding buddy needed a helmet and this location was reasonably close to his home, I opted to try a new helmet. I shopped this location when I lived in the next town 7 years ago. Friendly staff.
