So I ordered the Alpinestars stella gloves and the AGV K3 helmet. I used the size chart to measure myself before selecting the size. According to the size chart my size is S for both items. Small size does fit me but I felt it is a bit tight and wish I could change it to a M for both items. I am gonna keep using these items until i wear them off before i get new ones because I am in my practicing phase so I am good for now. Other than that the quality is outstanding.

The only thing I have to say is, I'm 71 and no one helped me with rolling in 2 wheels and tires, (didn't even hold the door open) or help roll them out! There were 3 attendants working and not one asked if I needed help. Other than that, its was good.
The prices beat all other places.
I like running Dunlop tires.

So happy with every purchase online and in store.
Always easy returns, happy and knowledgeable staff. RPM membership program saved me tons of money, especially in the first year or riding when you need everything from gloves to jackets to helmets. Their in store brand is BILT and I love all of the gear they produce for quality and price!

Shipping was slow. Store personal ordered wrong tire. I told them NO WHITE Stripe they ordered white stripe the tire balancing equipment was not working. I was asked if I wanted to take my wheel and tire without the balance that I had Paid for? Not a proper way to conduct business. Not Happy with my Experience.

I purchased a BILT motorcycle cover and a Puig windscreen for my BMW G310R. The windscreen went on easily and the cover fit perfectly with the windscreen on the bike.

After 26 years, both my daily jackets (winter and summer) had earned their retirements. I Ordered two new riding jackets from Cycle Gear. A new summer and a new winter, about a week apart. Both arrived in perfect condition and in less than a week for each. Can't ask for better service and ordering.
On my summer jacket, I accidentally put two in the cart and didn’t pay attention to the amount (I hurried through the order). I caught it early the next day, called, it had already been processed, so they set up the return authorization ahead of time. Shout out to Danniel.
Fantastic customer service, can’t ask for better.

I ordered Joe Rocket 'Wind Chill' gloves size large which is what I always get over the decades and I really did have much choice anyways since larger sizes were sold out. I received the gloves and they were a bit snug and I thought I would go ahead a give them a try. As it turned out with the gloves having a built in curvature plus being on the snug side, I could NOT open up my hand enough to get over the clutch and brake levers properly. The good thing is that Cycle Gear store in Colorado springs took them back (with all of the packaging that came with the gloves) along with the receipt for a refund. I ended up purchasing Alpine Star gloves that fit well, in the store - size large!
