Tried on the gear in the shop and an exchange for better size was a breeze. Reordered everything for me and follow up was good as well.
Having a physical location for my bike and gear needs is important. Not too far away, too. CycleGear selection is good and they have regular sales going.
I needed overpants that don’t look ridiculous for the wet season. And my cruising/city gloves are wearing down and needed replacement. Also, I’m a Rev’it girl. Appreciate the selection of gear from that specific brand in the online shop.

Price tag on the boots was $10.00 less than what I paid. When I questioned the price I was told the boots could not be more than 2 years old as they were only available for the past 2 years. Not True as I have had my current pair for 3 or more years. I feel certain that what I received is not current production, why would it have an outdated price?
My concern is that because of the age there could be quality issues after the warranty expires. I have had soles seperate and zippers break because of aging issues on other boots in the past.
They were not well informed about the product.

Sales person at Palm Desert store was not able to print a sale receipt do to computer issues, I'm the kind of person that does not rely on wireless receipt, paper is always better for me. Sales rep at store has complained about the IT support there.

Helmet true to sizing. Great half Helmet with the zip out/in ear/neck pad. I do wish the visor was a bit longer, but then the "lift" at higher speeds might be a problem. (I could find out by attaching some black plastic to that visor). Delivery time was a little long, but it was free.

Selection, delivery, price
I have Cycra hand guards on the bike, wanted to swap out the black for bright yellow, to be a little more visible when commuting to work in the dark. Plus, bright yellow looks cool. :)
