Had a great, easy experience ordering my new Icon helmet from Cycle Gear. I chose to do the order in store, the sales associate was kind and helpful. No nonsense, straight to the point. Received my gear within 3 days of the order. 10/10 would recommend Cycle Gear both in store and online ordering.

I ordered a windshield from CG where the description said "returned item" and "minor blemishes". I got a discount due to the return and blemishes. I didn't really find any blemishes on the windshield. I was very pleased with the windshield. It's now on my bike.
I'm a RPM member...so CG is one of the first places I check when I'm looking for an item for my motorcycle.

Customer service in the store was not that great. Took forever to get helped and when I ordered the helmet I wanted to get I didn't get the 10% off for ordering online? Although I called customer service and was refunded the 10% with no issues

It took almost a week and a half to be delivered. The descriptiion should say in what way the product is blemished so you have time to buy whatever is needed.
The personnel at the Tucson Store is always helpful. Specially the girl.

Purchased new tires for a Harley, Don't think they have much experience with HD only sport bikes and lightweight tires? After purchasing the tires from Cycle Gear I was charged an addition $43 per wheel for mounting. Charged for tire recycle fee, New stem and mounting.
Tire mounting service was available.
Dunlop American elite tires wear very good second set for me

Gear can fit everyone differently and each brand fits either looser or tighter on a certain person. I appreciate that there's a store out there that carries a variety of products to try on from beginner friendly to full on track riders
