They have great people working in the Palm Desert store. They greet you as soon as you walk in if you need help, they'll show you anything and explain anything in the store. And if you just wanna browse and look, let you do that with no pressure and they will come and help you if you have any questions.
I purchased stuff and have it delivered to the store super efficient. I go out of my way to get to that store. The Palm Desert location is amazing.

I got a Rev'it Tornado 3 jacket to try it out and see how it worked as my first real motorcycle jacket for myself. It fit just like the measurements in the sizing instructions said and the jacket is well constructed. The packaging was professional and kept the jacket in good condition in transit.
Cycle gear had a closeout sale and I wanted to check out what they had.
I was looking for a quality motorcycle jacket to replace the cheap mesh I got as a brand new rider, and Rev'it has a good reputation. It fit all my criteria with level 2CE armor and AA rating, and it was a part of a close out sale. CycleGear also gave enough detail in the description and in the sizing chart that I was confident in my purchase, even with it being online without trying it on first. I was also reassured by CycleGear's return policy, allowing me to try it on and check fitment before I went on a ride with it.

Being someone who has an "intermediate oval" shaped head but also a XXL, my helmet choices are limited. I was fortunate to not only find one I love the appearance of, it has all the most recent safety features, fits like a glove, and the price point was excellent! I haven't gone riding with it yet, so I can't speak on what if any wind noise there is. But I'm stoked to say the least!
Cycle Gear has an excellent selection of moto related gear and equipment. I have a couple stores fairly close to where I live, but when it comes to helmets I go to their website for the largest selection. And as long as it hasn’t been ridden, you can return the helmet to the store for a refund or credit towards another item. Also, the staff at the physical locations are knowledgeable and very helpful.
I liked the reviews, the style, it came in my size and head shape, and the price point was excellent.

I find that the face shield on the helmet does not operate smoothly and that the process is clunky. Hopefully, i can find a helmet to exchange it for with Cycle Gear.
