If you order anything expensive ship to store as nearly $1000 worth of gear was nearly stolen off my front steps my recomendation is for large value order a signature should be req for delivery or you should send it to the store

CycleGear has a good selection of riding gear, but it needs a selection that has large sizes for large men and women like 5x and 6x. Harley Davidson supports large sizes.

I ordered 2 new tires for my bike at the store. The staff was friendly and fairly helpful. When the tires came in, I brought in the old ones to have them mounted. The turn around time was same day, which made me happy. When I got the tire home and started to install them back on the bike I noticed one was mounted in the wrong direction. It was 4 pm on a Saturday night and I had planned to ride the next day. I loaded up the tire and raced down to the store. When I came in they greeted me promptly and I told them the story. They quickly apologized and said they would fix it for me in about a half hour. This was good news, as it allowed me to ride on Sunday. My point to this is that people make mistakes, its how its handled after is what was important to me, and they made it right, and that's the way it should be. I will continue to shop at my local Pleasanton store.

Wanted to buy a good helmet that fit perfectly, in store help were great. I tried on different brands and sizes and the staff helped me find a great helmet. Checked prices and they were ad low as anyone on line. Shipped free to my house to get the color I wanted, arrived in a few days. Great job.

I ordered an 18" TUBliss bladder and a 21" along with a roll of rim tape for each wheel. I immediately got an email that the 21" bladder was out of stock and they would refund me for that item. What I received was 2 18" bladders and 2 rolls of tape for each wheel. And no refund for the 21.
Because they have good prices and convenient for me.
They were wear items that I was replacing.

It took 5 days to ship the tire the equivalent of a 5hr drive in my car. First the package was delayed due to a missing label, then it was delayed for an unknown reason. The order was placed on Sunday, Shipped Monday, but wasn't received until Friday. The staff immediately got it mounted for me, since my wheel had been sitting at the store since Wednesday, the day it was suppose to arrive. Cycle gear customer service was great, FedEx dropped the ball.
