Order a set of Morocco to ventilated pants to go with my jacket. Unfortunately the waist size and the pant length combination were not a good fit. Medium size was good for pant length but waste was too tight. Large size was good on the waist but the leg length was too long and would bunch up.
Good price, good value.

I was sold on the Cycle Gear membership partially because of the free 2-day shipping that comes with it. I've made SEVERAL online orders and not a single one has even been close to 2 day shipping. They've all been at least a week. Very disappointed.

This is my third Exo-R1 Air helmet, and I couldn't be more happy with Scorpion products. The R1 Air fits really well, and the cheek pump helps some to get that extra squeeze if you need it. The fit and finish is very good, and the ventilation is good also. In my opinion, there is no better bang for the buck when it comes to quality helmets. I unfortunately have crash tested one, a side hit from a low side, and it did it's job like it was supposed to. Cycle Gear site is easy to order from, and quick to ship. Will do much more business with them.

This shop has been extremely helpful with selecting the right gear to get me started with the hobby. They are friendly and give expert advice. Anything that they do not have in stock at the store, I have ordered right there to ship to my home very quickly. Top service experience.

I did extra research to decide the best style products for me based on the recommendations given by the staff. Ultimately ended up with a different size helmet than originally intended (went with M instead of L) due to information from staff about fitment and comfort.

The best investment for my bike. The Quad Lock system allows me to use my phone as a GPS devise that can be viewed while navigating unfamiliar streets. It's a must have for all riders.

Ordered tires from Cycle Gear online on Saturday. They arrived the following Wednesday, I took them in to my local Cycle Gear store ( Santa Rosa, CA) for mounting and had them on my bike on Thursday night!

Easy as CLICK of a mouse. Using the internet and Cycle Gear website, I was able to locate item I needed easily. The purchase was just as simple.
I chose CycleGear because the item I needed/wanted was in stock for a great deal.
I chose the Saddleman PRO seat for my motorcycle because I needed a different seat that would be more comfortable for longer rides. Factory seats can be too thin, or a shape that doesn't fit every rider. Not all people are in the "average" height, weight category.

Finding my exact tire was actually quite a pain in the butt. When I entered the specifics, the search yielded countless tires that did not match my query. Only after clicking on 20 or thirty options did I find what I was looking for. Having said that, after I finally found the right tire the process was a piece of cake, as usual.
I paid for the membership so I could earn rewards and get fast, free shipping. Well worth the membership fee.

My order came in quickly and the helmet fits just as well as my previous Shoei. ( I just wish I could have gotten the same design as I had before, but that's a manufacturer issue.)
I chose CycleGear because they have a local brick and mortar where I could return my purchase if there were any issues.
My previous helmet was a Shoei RF1100, and I've been perfectly happy with it

The website indicated that the helmet I wanted was in stock at my "local" store. So I rode up to go try one on. Well, they did not have any in stock and had no explanation why the website was wrong. So, I bought the helmet with the promise that I could return it if I didn't like it. Of course, the only way a return would be accepted is if the helmet had no evidence of being worn and no stickers removed. With a giant sticker across the shield, I would not even be able to tell if there was any aberrations in the shield. Fortunately, the helmet is ok but not great for the money paid. It is quieter than my previous helmet but lacks several nice touches that I got used to with the previous helmet. The detents in the face shield are too weak to keep the shield open a crack for better breathing. Every little gust of wind closes the shield. The chin guard also sticks up quite high when open. The previous helmet's chin guard articulated to stay low against the helmet when open. I'm not saying that the Schuberth helmet is bad, quite the opposite; it's a good helmet but could be a lot better for the money. I've also discovered that a replacement face shield will run about $80 which is about $30 more than my previous helmet. C'est la vie

I took a gamble. It's not bad but isn't all I had hoped for.
