Olivia is amazing! She has great customer service, knows what's perfect for the customer and isn't a pushy salesperson. She took extra time to explain everything and was just fantastic to work with. The only reason I gave 4 stars on delivery time was because of Fed Ex and not CycleGear!

I ordered my. Highway 21 vest through Cycle Gear and the item shipped from RevZilla, who apparently doesn't have my updated address. It shipped to my old address which happens to be more than 50 miles from my current address. Had to take 3+ hours of my afternoon to retrieve the package.

Easy web site. Advertised shipping in 24 hours. It took over 48. It still arrived in the time fed ex said (a couple days) we only have a short riding season i was looking for the fastest shipping. Thats why i got it here and was disappointed that it didnt ship in the 24 hours as advertised

Brooke helped me with a new helmet. She ordered a XXL for me and told me if I didn't like it when it came in I did not have to take it. Brooke also installed a cardo 2X inside the helmet for me and went over how to use it. Great person.
