Olivia is amazing! She has great customer service, knows what's perfect for the customer and isn't a pushy salesperson. She took extra time to explain everything and was just fantastic to work with. The only reason I gave 4 stars on delivery time was because of Fed Ex and not CycleGear!

My first time purchasing any motorcycle gear, ordered online and a few items I had to return/exchange so I went to the nearest store location. Like the title says, cool staff, quality service, great products! Will definitely continue shopping there.

I ordered my. Highway 21 vest through Cycle Gear and the item shipped from RevZilla, who apparently doesn't have my updated address. It shipped to my old address which happens to be more than 50 miles from my current address. Had to take 3+ hours of my afternoon to retrieve the package.
Cycle Gear is my go-to store for all things motorcycle.

Jeff was very helpful in making sure I got the size, color, and options I wanted in a helmet for me and my wife. He also told me about the rewards program, which saved me even more money. Very excited and can't wait to be a more frequent customer. Will definitely be back!

Easy web site. Advertised shipping in 24 hours. It took over 48. It still arrived in the time fed ex said (a couple days) we only have a short riding season i was looking for the fastest shipping. Thats why i got it here and was disappointed that it didnt ship in the 24 hours as advertised

Brooke helped me with a new helmet. She ordered a XXL for me and told me if I didn't like it when it came in I did not have to take it. Brooke also installed a cardo 2X inside the helmet for me and went over how to use it. Great person.

Front tire for my Harley. Paid to mount and Not balance because I'm using Ride on, tire balancer. I don't think it's fair to charge full price for half the work?
