I needed the tire next day. There was a tire in stock in a neighboring store. Instead of that tire being delivered? I had to wait a week for a tire to be delivered Friday m Kentucky.
The store was close and the price for the tire was manageable.

I ordered my chain since it wasn't offered in the store near me. It was shipped from inside the US. However, I ordered a part not offered by any of the CycleGear affiliates. It was ordered a day after and arrived 4 days before my CycleGear order. The worst part is it was ordered from and shipped from Poland.
Selection for most of my needs and everything is shipped from within the US.

I usually use a full helmet when riding. I wanted a 1/2 helmet to use during my visit to Ocean City for Bike Week. I found a reasonably priced helmet on the CG website. Helmet arrived quickly and in time for my vacation.

Went to pick up my helmet order and the feint desk employee offered to helped put on the pinlock anti fog screen and did an excellent job keeping the dust off. Really appreciate having his expertise in installing it

I have a favorite pair of gloves I've had several pairs of over the years and it was time for another pair. After about 5 years and many rain storms the velcro isn't as great. I hopped online and got another pair on the way in no time. Our local store doesn't have a lot of selection but I can still get them online.

I had stopped wearing full face helmets in favor of half helmets. I still like the half helmet but this one is comfortable enough that I'll be wearing it on a long road trip. The flip up face is nice although don't try riding with it up. It has a vent in front that can be opened or closed and vents in the back. The integrated headset is nice and works well. The only drawbacks are the com device only has three buttons so it'll take some time to remember what combinations and how long to hold them does what. Also the speakers in the helmet are ok but pale in comparison to speakers on the bike

Came in and there was no women's boots at all to try on, had to try on similar brand in Men's sizing which is different so then boots came and did not like and fit same as the men's
