My order was retrieved and brought on the date that was expected. As for the employees they were able to guide me a bit more regarding my purchase and knew how to properly explain the items.

It's the dumbest system I have seen. If you order in store with cash they have to buy a gift card with the cash to order it online. Ridiculous.
They were convenient, until the warehouse shipped the wrong tires and they had to be reordered causing me to miss a ride I was looking forward to.
The product is solid with good reviews across multiple sites.

I was able to get information about the different types of helmets as far as the quality and noise management. It helped me make a really good choice. The helmet shipped quickly and was actually delivered sooner than expected which was great!
The location and because of the products that I saw online.
I needed a helmet and needed one that was of quality make and reduced the noise around me.

I was having a bit of trouble and deciding what i wanted. But thanks to cycle gear great customer service, the employee helped me make a decision. In the end I was very well satisfied.
I knew I can count on CG when it comes to good quality and safety.
I specifically chose the AGV helmet cause not only is it a popular brand, i've done some research myself and reading others reviews about it. It truly does its job.

My son and I received great service and follow-through on our purchase. These helmets fit perfectly and have adjustable dials to make them even better. Glad we could try on different sizes and styles to find the right one. Not a ton of options in Chico, so I'm glad for this one!
Seemed like the easiest option. It was great to try on different helmets. Also, the ship to store option ensured my packages weren’t stolen!

The staff at Cycle gear were professional and friendly. They answered all of our questions and clearly explained how the "Riders Preferred" membership worked. It ended up saving us quite a bit of money.
They had what I needed. They are my go to in ABQ.

Love the helmet and boots. I have other TCX boots and this second pair is really nice. The Iron Workers womens riding jeans really don't seem to be made for women. Disappointed with the jeans but I am modifying them to work. The back gaps A LOT, and the legs are really tight. I am 5' 3" 110 lbs and it seems crazy these are big in the waist and tight in the legs. Apparently the designer never had a real woman try them on. The knee protection that came with the jeans were worthless, couldn't bend my leg, couldn't get them out of their pocket. Other than that, I like my helmet a lot, and I really like the boots.

Was told I'd get a call the day the fuel line I ordered came in. I didn't hear anything for a week so I tracked it- it had been delivered to the store 5 days ago. I call the store and when they found it they said " it's here, was just delivered." I asked why I never got a call since FedEx tracking showed it delivered 5 days earlier. I was told "FedEx does that a lot, they mark something delivered that hasn't been."

I ordered this exact part/vortex chain kit 520 from Amazon and they sent the completely wrong sprockets and I reordered with cycle gear and they helped me in making sure I had the exact kit for my year bike etc. way better to deal with people in person. Worth the extra 30 or 40 bucks and having it ship to the store is cool too.
To have an in person with experience in making sure I'm buying the correct parts for the project I'm on.

I ordered a helmet and visor, the fedex truck did not deliver it to a safe location at my house and the product was stolen. The employee at cycle gear i talked too was very professional and helpful, cycle gear ended up sending me a new helmet and visor free of charge and i greatly appreciate everything that ya'll did for me.
He was nice and got me a new helmet that was stolen before i could get it
I chose cycle gear because they have the best prices and staff. There is a cycle gear store in OKC and i love those guys.
I have the sedici strada 2 limited edition carbon fiber helmet and i figured the sedici strada 3 would be the next best thing.

I made a trip to my "local" cycle gear (about 60 minutes away) and the employee who helped me was super great. I got sized for a few jackets and tried on shoes to get the right fit. Even though they didn't have what I wanted in the store, being able to find my true size for a few brands and styles gave me a huge confidence boost ordering my gear online.

Due to a store being close by, I felt more comfortable ordering because in the event something had to be returned, I could do an in store return and not pay return shipping costs.

Arrived super quick and packaged well. Amazing quality and fit as described. However, it was dirty/dusty but a quick wipe down fixed it.

Was told the tires might be shipped from Sparks and thus be there overnight but instead took more than a week coming from PA. Front and rear tire pressures were set wrong (both *******@40 PSI). Tire Balance weight wasn't precise. Had to add a couple grams weight to both wheels to make it exact.
Wanted to support a local shop in Reno.
Had been using Pirelli Angel's for many years but on the advice from a friend I choose to try Continental Road Attack 4s.

Easy to navigate with plenty of items in stock. Checkout was quick and easy. Unfortunately, after receiving the Alpinestars riding pants I ordered, the size conversion chart wasn't even close to the size I thought I would need. Thankfully I was able to return the item to a local cycle gear store were with the assistance of a great staff I was able to get into a pair that fit properly. I normally wear a size 34 pants which converted to a size large, I ended up exchanging them for a pair of XXL after trying several pair on. Big difference.
