My wife wanted an economical way to get and forth to the gym so she bought a scooter. We went to Cycle Gear so she could try on all the helmets to find the best fitting. Even though they didn't have the helmet she wanted in stock we bought it through the store and had it delivered. She got the helmet that she wanted, that fit right and delivered to our door.

I have been using no toil filter oil and cleaner for years. Cheapest way to clean filters, disposing of used solvents for other filter oils was a problem. Shipped to store to save on shipping.

Wonderful service in store. Had our helmets fitted. One was in stock and the other had to be ordered. Ordered on a Saturday and helmet was delivered to our home by the following Wednesday. Awesome service.

The front desk salesmen who helped me in-store as well as the lady who helped me try on the items at the cycle gear in Virginia were awesome! When I had issues ordering off the site they walked me through the process in store and I was able to get my jacket shipped straight to my address.

I ordered handlebar grips the site said would fit my 2017 Harley Roadster. The throttle grip did NOT fit, and I had to shave down part of the plastic to make them work.
Delivery time was atrocious. It took more than a full week to arrive. They picked the slowest carrier. It would have been cheaper and faster is they just used US Postal Service.
This was the first time I've ordered from CycleGear, and undoubtedly, it will also be the last.
I sent the company an email stating the delivery method they used to ship my parts was incredibly slow, and it would have been preferred if they simply used the postal service. The reply I received back was basic information about when it shipped and how I could track it.
I was legitimately attempting to tell the company they lost me as a customer and how they can fix this issue so they don’t lose future customers. I think it fell of deaf ears because the response I got back was basically a computer decides how it should be shipped.
The computer doesn’t take into account customer satisfaction when choosing delivery times.
CycleGear is losing a ton of business. I suspect their customer retention numbers are pretty low, as well as the number of first-time-customers making a second purchase within a year. I tried to tell them why, but it honestly fell on deaf ears.
If I ran the marketing department of this company, this $#*! would be fixed immediately.

Customer service was on point. Helmet was great in-store. The one delivered is sticky on taking the visor on and off. The little pins you push forward to install the visor, one side is great and smooth. The other side sticks and I have to push the pin back and try again to get the visor to stay in place. Overall, love the helmet. Much better fit.

Wanted to buy my wife a helmet. River, who is hopefully a manager, was absolutely phenomenal. If she's not a manager, please make her one. Excellent customer service, made sure we were both fitted well, and I walked out with not just one helmet I was looking to purchase, but two. River was so good that I felt I needed a better, more secure helmet and she ordered me the ones we both wanted.

We brought our grandson, age 15, to pick out riding gear for a Honda 125 dirt bike. He loved the helmet, the boots and everything he found! I visited the OKC location many months ago and spoke to Hayden about Schuberth C3 Pro helmets. I returned to purchase two full-size motorcycle covers from him in January 2024. The Schuberth C3 Pro helmets I wanted went on sale over Labor Day and I was able to place my order for home delivery with Hayden by calling the store from western Iraq, where I am deployed as an Army civilian. Hayden made quick work of my order and the helmets arrived in perfect condition at my residence in central Oklahoma a few days later. I will visit the OKC tore and Hayden once again to outfit the helmets with Cardo communications systems. Thanks again, Hayden, for a very positive experience!
