After trying on many boots from the 300+ range and up, these have fit the best and once you try them on you'll understand they are worth every penny
Great store and knowledgeable employees. Nikki ( i think was their name?) Answered so many questions about boots and then also about a cardo system and because of what they said I ended up getting the higher priced but overall much better fit for what I was wanting and made it a no brainer choice to get the items I did. I appreciated the insights

Your site is difficult if not impossible to navigate on mobile, you have items listed that are completely out of stock and unavailable and you participate in Pink Tax. Your product descriptions are vague, you have very little for the smaller structured, and you're far too curt in store.
The only shop that carried what I was looking for to an extent.

Tires was shipped to the store within 2 days. The tires were mounted while we waited and took just 20 min. Overall, an excellent service.
Competitive prices. Tire install.
Proven product.

The first helmet I ordered was a little small. I called the Brookfield store. Regan said come on in and she will make the situation right.
Regan got out a proper fitting helmet and did the return and ordered the next size, all in store and with lightning speed.
I was in the people business during my 31 year career, Regan has the right stuff to be a regional director and go places with Cycle Gear, don't let her slip away. Thanks again Regan!
Many products to choose from.
I needed a new helmet and the price was right

I ordered a helmet and it shipped the next day. Had no problems with the packaging and the helmet is great.
I visited the store in person near me but they did not have the helmet I wanted in my size in stock. I ended up ordering it online later.
I chose this helmet based on price and look. I can't afford something too expensive but still needed a reliable helmet that will protect me.

I bought a couple of these bags to carry water, umbrella, sunscreen, etc. They were fairly easy to tie to the bike (I did see a YouTube video to do it). They are waterproof also, so that's good. They can be hooked on to the bike in multiple ways also. I might buy one size larger next time, for longer trips where I want an additional pair of clothes.
Good prices, good quality
For storage while riding

I purchased an AGM battery 12 months ago. However, my older motorcycle didn't have the correct charging amperage to keep it charged to full capacity. I exchanged it for a conventional lead acid with minimal effort.
Great Customer Service
Good quality

I wanted an item which was out of stock for a couple of months. I used the alert system and I received the message the item was available. Worked very well. Dropped a star because my local store showed availability in store When the store message came back not available at the store. There should have been an option in the email to change to an online order.
Proximity to my location.
Matches my helmet brand and fit.

Jessie at Dublin cycle gear deserves a raise. This man went above and beyond what he needed to do to help me track down parts for my 1992 Suzuki. Even though he got busy he followed up and made sure I was able to purchase what needed. Thank you!
Not many brick and mortar places to find motorcycle parts. Thank you for being available!
I needed them

I ordered a tire, and was told that it can be mounted at the store. So I ordered the tire online with delivery to the store instead of my house. When the tire arrived, I was told to bring in just the wheel since they can not remove it from the bike. And then it would take a while to get is balanced because they had only 1 guy that was trained. So now I had to drive to the store, pick up the tire, and go to another shop that would dismount my wheel and put on the new tire. I should have gone to the other place first. Waste of my time.
I was brushed off by the staff at the store.
I was referred

I needed a helmet on a short turnaround after a big dealership screwed me on shipping times. I found the same product on Cycle Gear, put in an order, and received my helmet with time to spare! Meanwhile, I'm still waiting on my dealership-ordered helmet...
Got screwed by my local Harley dealership

Had a difficult time getting back to my address to correct typo. Tried to use chat -guess I stumped the BOT, no help there. S9igned out and started over.
End result was opted to ship to store. Great system, Emails gave expected shipment arrival, and notice rec'd when items at store a day ahead of shipper's estimate. Store folks VERY accommodating.
Returned part of order. Cust svc gave me quick answer to my req. as to how to return item.
Product I wanted was available and ship to store option was what made the deal work for me. Website said local store did not have piece in stock, but hen I stopped in to check hours, turns out the item I wanted was in stock! Could have saved the whole effort had website had current inventory info.
Items were match to my needs.

Needed spools for the rear of my Z900, and wanted red if possible. The salesman quickly consulted his online inventory, then showed me exactly what I was looking for. Two days later I had them. Simple!
I dealt with Cycle Gear’s Matthews, N.C. Location many times in the past, always with pleasant results. This Buffalo location proved to be equally competent.
So I could use my Trackside stand to lift the bike.

Like others have said, the size runs small so get one size bigger than you think you'll need. I do with the built in visor had an option to not be tinted. Going to order a clear visor so I can ride at right and not worry about wind/bugs getting in my eyes.
Good price and fast shipping
I trust the quality of Bell helmets.

I ordered a Givi tank bag and mounting flange and I paid extra for expedited shipping because I needed the item for a trip. It should have arrived 2 days before I left for my trip. Instead, FedEx sent the item backwards and the shipping was delayed until the day after I left for my trip.
Please stop using FedEx for shipping. They screw up more shipping orders than all other shipping companies combined.
Customer service rep was very polite. I was given a refund for the expedited shipping and money in my account for my next order. None of this makes up for the terrible shipping by your chosen shipping company.
Competitive pricing and a local store location near me.
Good ratings and I have had good experience with Givi products in the past.

We use several carriers and unfortunately each one has caused us some issues. We appreciate your honest opinion and will follow up with our team to get this corrected. We hope to get things right next time. Thanks for letting us know.
I was pretty satisfied with going to shop in the store and found some stuff that I needed. The employees were very nice and helpful. They were knowledgeable in the products sold because they are riders themselves which I appreciate. Products were organized to a point where most people could easily find them. The problem comes when wanting to find specific products though, throughout the gear I found that there's only a handful of different brands to try on for different items and none of them were what I or the others that I brought into the store were looking for. It seemed that only the lower dollar items were stocked in the store and the higher priced (which I was looking for) ones could only be found online. I understand that keeping pricey items out of stores keeps revenue from dipping but some of the riders would be more inclined to buying high dollar items if the could try them on before buying especially since that's our protection when we ride.
The product that I chose was a repurchase of what I bought at a different store due to an accident. I like to stick to what I know so I found the same item closer to my home.

I purchased the Alpinestars Tech Air 3 airbag vest from cyclegear.com and saved 60 dollars because it was an open box sale. The item arrived in like new condition and included the owners manual and charging cable. After the initial charging, everything appears to be functioning perfectly. I am very happy with cyclegear.com and this purchase.
Price, selection, and free shipping.
The airbag vest will protect me in the event of a collision.

I ordered my helmet at the store because they did not have the one I wanted. I have RPM it should have been 2 days shiy… it took a week! Why did I buy it?
Since I did not pick it up until the 30th I asked for the cardo promotion https://www.cyclegear.com/labor-day-sale

Was shocked how quickly my return was handled and store credit given. I was out $36.00 for shipping my helmet back.
Helmet was still under warranty when the drop visor mechanism broke. Sent it back and got total store credit the same day. New helmet arrived in two days.
Good price and availability of the helmet I wanted.
I like HJC helmets.
