I ordered my new helmet from Cycle gear because I had no opportunity to try it on in store. While many places have no issue with returns, I have a cycle gear store near me and if I didn't like the fit of the helmet, returning it would be easier than return shipping.
Helmet arrived a day early and in perfect condition. 5 stars.

It took a while for me to find the Klim Forecast pant on the website even though I knew it had to be there because a Cycle Gear employee showed it to me at the store. I needed to find rain pants that were sized tall, which these are. I haven't tested their water resistance yet, but the medium tall size fits me perfectly and has all of the features that I was looking for - zipper up high on the legs for easy on/off, don't ride up above my tall boots when seated on the bike, easy to pack and not too bulky when packed.
Helpful employee at the local store found what I was looking for on-line.

I live in Ontario, Canada but travel throughout the US for work. I ordered the windshield and had it shipped to the store in Harrisburg, Pa. They received the windshield the next day. I picked it up without issue a couple days later. My only disappointment is the Harrisburg store is permanently closing.
CycleGear has a great selection online and can be picked up in any of their locations.

Ordered windscreen and mounting kit. Recieved screen, a week later got what I thought was the kit. But it was a totally different screen. Got ahold of customer service. Said they would send a link to get a return label. Still haven't heard back. Got the kit. Guess I'll sell the other screen.

Everything was as expected and fairly priced, however for the cost associated with the tire mounting I would have appreciated staff cleaning up the wheels, at least cleaning the glue/stickers from the balancing weights

I had purchased some gloves at a nearby store and then dropped one at work and the staff threw it away so I had to buy a new pair. While I was not happy having to spend another $150 after wearing them only one time I realized they were the best gloves I'd used so broke down. I ordered online and shipping was fast and I even got a slight discount so saved a couple bucks!

I was in a hurry to get a windshield I read the add and it said for 2024 road glide. But when it came it was for a 2023 model. I ended up buying another one from a local retailer and I'm not happy with what I bought

I was able to place my order quickly for the product that I wanted. I really like the way that the store works online, and I was pleased to see that my item shipped very fast. After shipment, the item took a week to be picked up by the carrier Before it was delivered. That process is way too long. I had to reach out to customer service because it seemed like the package was lost in transit. It did eventually show up, but the experience had lost its shine.
The specialist I spoke to was excellent, and my issue was resolved.
I like cycle gear. I feel like your website is easy to use and I appreciate most of the pricing. I will continue to use cycle gear.

I tried many helmets ( mostly online orders) but had to return quite a few. The issues were mainly uncomfortable fit or a little too big. The staff at the Knoxville Cycle Gear were great. Very patient and understood the importance of a correct fit. After many helmets I fell in love with the Arai Regent X helmet. It is very comfortable and fits me perfectly. Very satisfied with Cycle Gear, especially the staff in Knoxville Tn. Thank you all.
There is a local store near me, and reviews were very good. I must say they are a very go store with a decent selection. Very impressed.
