Only four stars this time because the paddock stand that I bought did not have height/width dimensions listed and I had to call the local store. However the sales associate was extremely helpful and found a tape measure to answer my question.
Because I've gotten pretty darn good service every time I've used Cycle Gear so far!

We went to a cycle gear store to try them on the sale guy was awesome literally tried four different sizes for me and two for the old lady normally I am a XXL I had to order the 5XL and the old lady is usually a XS she ordered SM
Because you had a store where I could try it on plus returns are very easy if something is wrong or does not fit
It was already set up to go and had good reviews on you site and YouTube

The shopping experience was first rate. Superior customer service. My wife and I walked in and were greeted immediately even though the salesperson was serving another customer. Our salesperson, Greg, was excellent and knowledgeable. I was in the market for a new full-face helmet and com system. He explained the pros and cons of the various styles and I chose the Sedici Strada 3 gloss carbon as much for the aesthetic as the value. My previous helmets have been the Arai Signet and Shoei RF series. I was willing to sacrifice a little comfort for the value. My size was out of stock and I ordered the correct size which arrived on-time. Went back to pick it up and have the coms installed on my wife's and my helmet. Took them less than 20 minutes and this time it was Doug who helped us out syncing our phones and providing a brief tutorial on the equipment. Just absolutely pleased with the level of service. Took my helmet out for a ride a few days later. Fit is a bit snug but that's to be expected on the first few rides, though there are levels of adjustment you don't normally see at this price point. The helmet was as quiet as my Arai but slightly noisier than the Shoei. What was best though was the aerodynamics of the helmet and the weight. Probably a combination of both. It was an unusually hot day, 106 on the freeway, but the ventilation was noticeable. Not too much relief in those temperatures in any helmet. Overall I'm quite pleased with the fit, finish and visibility of the helmet. Cardo gear was also very good. Good volume and quality sound. Voice control works well but it requires exact wording, something for me to work on. If you're on a limited budget you won't go wrong with this helmet. If you're not worried about how much you spend then you've got a world of choices, but for value and quality you won't go wrong with this helmet
I’ve purchased gear, tires and accessories from them before and have always had good experiences.
Value and quality for the price. Additionally, the selection and ability to try on multiple helmets is something you will have difficulty finding elsewhere.

Just needed a little lower hearing for a dual-sport ride on my '23 CRF450RL since stock gearing is for highway cruising and passing fly-by sound tests for EPA. Went from stock 51 to a 52, allowing me to shorten the wheelbase slightly as well, which was another aim due to the tight, technical trails I expected near Park City, UT. The JT Sprockets Racelite aluminum sprocket seemed to fit my requirements and was about $50. It fit perfectly, looked good and was delivered to the store for pickup within a few days. If I was going to keep the bike for a while or anticipated heavy mud, I'd get a steel sprocket.
Variety of product choices and I know the company founder.

This is hands down the finest motorcycle helmet I've ever bought. Expensive, but worth every dollar. Riding a hypernaked at triple digit speed & this helmet just cuts the wind. Is the wind noise an issue? Yes. That's why they include ear plugs. Having just come back to riding from a violent crash resulting in a TBI, I'm no longer squeamish about dropping almost $2k for a lid. The carbon fiber is gorgeous & pictures don't do it justice. The iridium is quite subtle. I also love that it came with a clear visor installed as well as a smoke visor. Swapping them out is too easy. This helmet literally hugs my head. I haven't messed with the 360 system because it just feels good where it's at. But it essentially allows a customized fit within the shell moving the padding.
I know it's expensive & there's other options that are just as capable. But, I was wearing a $300 modular helmet when I crashed. We face just as great, if not greater danger than MotoGP riders, but most only buy basic gear. I'll wear what the pros wear from now on.
I’ve been a long time customer of cycle gear.
Because I know AGV is the best quality helmet maker.

The helmet I ordered was fantastic, unfortunately I had to send it back because it was too small. The customer service was very helpful.
Simple and easy if you need to return a product. Just print and stick and send.

My experience is great walked in the door greeted by the staff. The guy that helped me was very knowledgeable. I got a new visor for my Simpson helmet he is very willing to help me put in and show me how it works so if I want to change it down the line. Great people.

Ordered a jacket online. Was delivered on time, quality is good. Selection in the online shop is good.
They have a local brick-and-mortar store for easy shopping and returns.
One of the few jackets available in large tall size.

You could see the delivery truck on the next street but delivered my tires the next day.
Great selection, good prices and generally prompt delivery.
I believe Michelin tires are the best tire for my riding and my bike.

Everything went well. You didn't have the white I wanted but you did have the alternate, silver, that I ordered.
Prior experiance.
I have found SHOEI helmets are the only brand that actually fits the shape of my head comfortably.

A gift card is a good gift for a cycle person. My recipient will use it for clothing or accessories.
We have a local store in our area.

New to motorcycling and been struggling with what gear works with my type of riding. Found these pants a Cycle Gear website and noticed that they have a physical location less than an hour's ride away. Decided to shop online and delivery was a breeze! Thanks so much!
Great website and product selection.
New to motorcycling and needed something functional and fashionable.

First off cycle gear should not be in the business of changing tires. They are too cheap to hire a mechanic so the may rely on front of counter people when they aren't busy. Not only are they inexperienced, it took them 4 days to mount 1 tire I brought in and I was number 3 on their so called list. I had to cancel my holiday motorcycle ride with friends because I don't have my tire.
No one can do anything about in store problems . No one to talk to as usual just a run around .
I’ve bought parts online and in store before. Won’t be going back now
Use before.

I will keep being their customer.

For what the product is I guess it's fine. Intallation was a pain as it's just zip ties in tight places. But what made the experience worst is that the package itself took 2 weeks for delivery and when it arrived the packaging looked like it had gone around the world as it literally arrived in Hawaii before it came back to Texas.

We apologize for the delayed delivery. Unfortunately, sometimes carriers do take longer than we anticipate delivering. We do appreciate you taking the time to let us know about the issue
My $700 jacket arrived used and coverd in pet hair. The in-store sales people where great and did everything in there power to make it right. Promised a replacement and got Cycle Gear to comp next day shipping on a replacement along with a decent promo discount. Now the bad part. That was July 2nd. It is now July 7. I still have yet to receive my replacement jacket. Pretty upset at this point.
I was told sorry there is nothing more they can do
It's the o ly local store I could order to to try on the jacket
Leatt is a top quality brand

Never have anything in stock at the store. Impossible to try items on before purchasing
To hopefully stay dry.

I wish the brick and mortar store had a better selection. At least when I make the 1.5 hour drive to the store, I can generally try things on for size, then go home and order them online.
No many other choices out there with brick and mortar.
Must have a helmet; better yet, one that fits.

Got an email stating that the item was at the cycle gear store the day after I ordered it. Went to the store they didn't have it said it might be on their way but didn't know. Then it showed up at my house mysteriously a couple days later.

Do not order on a Friday! 2-day deliver only means during the week. If you order on a weekend it will take 6 days instead. The website said a store had plenty Instock but when I arrived they had none.

Our expedited shipping is business days. We do apologize the item you ordered was not eligible for expedited shipping because of the lithium battery component. It was required to ship standard ground.
Good selection and good prices. Tires were delivered to the Peoria store in just 3 days. Manager and employees were very helpful. Made sure a tire installer would be available since I live 65 miles away. Was able to wait a short time for installation at the store. Great service and friendly staff.
Good prices and sale items.
