I ordered two tires. The shipping from time of order to the Modesto store was very quick, I believe only two days and the I picked them up in store. Nothing against CycleGear, but one of the tires wasn't as new as I would have hoped. The rear was made in early 2024 the front was early 2023, not an issue at all. Got both mounted and they look and perform great on the bike.
They had both my front and rear tire size in the same tire available.
Metzler makes good tires. I was looking for a balance of longevity and performance and the cruisetec tires offer that.

Went to North Austin location and Alberto gave me outstanding service with help to select the right good-fitting helmet. Very knowledgeable! Also helped to get it purchased online before leaving store.

Ordered and received a Sedici Chicane jacket to replace my worn out Joe Rocket. Couldn't get my arm into the right sleeve. The inner liner of the sleeve was twisted and sewn into place. Returned and ordered a Joe Rocket jacket elsewhere.

Ordered a Quad-lock setup w/dampener through a salesman at the Albuquerque CycleGear - very professional and helpful, and even double-checked their order and found that they had ordered the riser mount vs handlebar mount - they called up the order fulfillment and instantly fixed it with no charge to me (the handlebar mount was $5 more). Received it quickly.

Went in store to try on the black version in a 43, found these 50% off on their site in 42 and brown and I really like the brown. Fits great, true to size for me and feels great on the couple rides I have used them to commute.
Convenience of a storefront to talk to employees and be able to try items on. I also purchased Street and Steel riding jeans at the same time that are pretty nice as well. They were suggested by an employee when I was picking up my TCX's.

I ordered the jacket and it arrived in 2 days, I ordered the armor and it arrived in 2 days - no complaints! The Analog jacket has a good amount of adjustment options to make it fit just right and the mesh fabric will hopefully allow me to ride in this jacket in the summer with the internal layers removed. The armor fits well into the jacket and has a much more absorbent texture and feel over the stock armor that comes in the jacket. As they say; "I hope I'll never need the protection, but it's nice to have". Ride safe out there

The gloves I ordered fit great. They staff members were nice enough to hold them for me since I couldn't pick them up for 2 weeks. Erwin was who helped me and he was great. Super fun guy, super knowledgeable. He gave me lots of advice for my next upcoming track day. Great store!

I love going to my local store and checking out the new stuff the only problem is all the items in the store are either beginner cheap stuff or really high end there is no stuff in the middle which is where you get the best value. So you wanna give the company business and order online but then it takes 3 days to even ship the order that's ridiculous it's 2024 ship same day or next day everyone does but taking multiple days to ship a item shows not being organized. I'll be ordering somewhere else for now on just due to the inability the shop within a reasonable amount of time transit time is one thing time to ship is pure laziness

I purchased a Pirelli Diablo Corso tire for the front. The product is good and so was the online service. I even had an employee from the local store reach out online when I posted the situation I encountered to a local Facebook group. His name is David Perez@ Cycle Gear San Antonio, and I sincerely appreciate his offer to put a tire on hold for me. I believe this praise should be given because he did go above and beyond to aid. I didn't go to the store to purchase as I had made my purchase online while I was waiting for a tow and opted to have the tire shipped.
There's a local store and prices are always great.
I choose Pirelli because I have experience with the Corso line and it's performance for street use.

Half the fasteners were missing from the centre stand. I called and spoke to a service rep, and they approved a return, but I don't know what's happening with the process. The part was received three days ago, and there are no updates on my order online. No one has reached out, and I don't know if they're refunding my money or sending a new part.

I always leave with a smile on my face because the customer service and the product is always great. This the main reason I shop at Cycle Gear. The prices are also reasonable on most of the products.
