I ordered them at the store so that they could have them shipped to the store in case I needed to exchange for another size. Which is easier than having them delivered to the home. And if you are out riding, might as well stop by.
It’s important to support your local motorcycle shops. Cycle gear, Revzilla, I support them. As well as other smaller shops here locally.
Reviews said they were good, tried them out and they’re comfortable. Knee pads a little bit on the inside of knee. Need to scoot them over often but haven’t gone in to detail to solve that yet. Length is intended for when you are on the bike. 32 regular has a length of 33

The delivery time wasn't great but, the staff at the Edison store was great, Jay took my wheel got everything done for me the next day. Awesome experience, they even had black wheel weights that match the wheel! Or they painted them, I didn't noticed till I was home, awesome touch. I ordered the Pirelli Diablo rosso 4 replacement rear that I got a big screw in.
Because it’s not far from me, and the services offered are great, pricing is good as well.
I have always used Pirelli products, I wanted to match the front tire, I would have preferred to use the Diablo rosso corsa instead of the Diablo rosso. But didn’t want to mix compounds.

I've tried shopping at my local cycle gear in Richmond since they opened, and every time I've visited, I've felt disappointed either by the products or the service. This time was no different. CycleGear brags on their ability to mount tires, and at one point it was a walk-in service. I had several friends who had used it and raved about it, but I prefer doing it myself. However, I've been working long shifts and had a big ride planned for the weekend and figured I'd kill two birds with one stone, and have the tire shipped to store and get it changed when I picked it up. I was promptly let down when I picked it up by the fact that it's now a 2+ day wait to have a tire changed and it's "when they have time" as the employee told me. I ended up doing it myself anyways and wasting time and gas driving 2 hours out of my way to visit the store. It's a mistake I won't continue making

Being able to filter out products based on what I was looking for was very helpful; I love the new jacket and gloves I purchased, and felt confident in my purchases due to the reviews left. I liked how easy it was to track the shipping with UPS, because when I'm buying large ticket items I want to ensure it arrives- plus shipping was super quick.
I was pleased this was one of the few online stores that had a sale/special promo on gear compared to others. I also have a store location about 30 minutes away and I liked the variety of options for returns/exchange if I needed it.

I ordered 2 tires for my Grom on CycleGear.com because they had the best price and had the ones I wanted in stock. I was going to ship them to the store nearby to save on shipping, but shipping them to my house ended up being free so I just shipped to my house expecting to see them in a week or so. They came a day later. I rarely get anything that fast nevermind tires.
