Chad, at the Manchester NH store was absolutely amazing to deal with. He had just spent 2 weeks at Sturgis and could have been too tired to deal with my return and repurchase of a Mustang seat however he wasn't.
He explained the return process and was so patient. Took the time to cross reference the Mustang web site and CycleGears web site to make sure the stock photos used were accurate. Explained in great detail the difference of the two seats and took out a measuring tape from the closet out back to make sure the dimensions were correct in what i needed.
He was amazing at customer service and even showed me pics of Sturgis and how J&P, Revzilla and CycleGear were great vendors and great to work for. You have a customer for life!

Cycle gear posted a special on some REV IT shoes that were interesting to me. I took a look at them online and felt they were a good value. Purchased them on the spot, they showed up within a few days. They fit great!
They are a known vendor, both with brick and mortar and in conjunction with RevZilla. I’ve known them for a long time.

Motorcycling is new to me. Fortunately, I spent time with Dillon who helped me select the right helmut. We tried on several brands and models and ultimately selected the right color and the right fit. This was shipped to me at my home and came quickly.
CycleGear has a great selection. It's difficult to purchase a helmut, or Cycle Gear without trying it on. And you can't do that on the Internet. CycleGear was fully stocked.

It won't stay connected with my phone. I went back to cycle gear for help. He told me it needs updated and to just plug it into my computer, all that did was charge the helmet.

They didn't have one that fit me in the model I wanted so the employee told me I could order it online. She also offered to do so at the store, but since I was getting one with Bluetooth I wanted to wait for my son to go by and make sure he liked the helmet I picked out. He did and we ordered them online. Delivery was fast and we love our new helmets!

When I walked in, Ian greeted me and asked me if there was anything he could help me with. He made sure my order was correct, and that it was the correct size. He also gave me some information on alpinestars gloves which was very helpful.

Cycle Gear shipped the item quick fast, and in a hurry, the product arrived well packaged, and I have no complaints about the company. Unfortunately due to a manufacturing defect on the helmet I ordered in conjunction with a seperate design flaw, I'm left slightly disappointed with the manufacturer. The first defect being the chin curtain retention point didn't hold up. The second was although the sizing and fit were perfect, adding a Bluetooth comms device speakers was made the helmet fit overly tight due to shallow speaker pockets
I've known about CG from days prior to time on two wheels along with Revzilla and J&P. Cycle Gear has been great about restocking items, even in challenging times, in an abundance of size and variety.
I chose the product after a few hours of research, reviews, and convincing myself I didn't need a high end carbon fiber helmet for infrequent riding schedules.

The only ting lacking is having better (more) photos of the products. I was purchasing a jacket, and I wanted to see all the openings, zippers/vents, layers. It wasn't clear with the existing photos.
Granted, some products have more/ better photos than others.
