I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Change the 24/7 shipping on delivery, I paid an extra 35 for it and it doesn't even come the next day. I waited the normal time 3-4 days and I paid. I ordered on Monday around 2pm expecting it Tuesday and ended up getting it Thursday. I even called and was told it's actually not even next day delivery it just gets shipped out the next day and it doesn't get in route until the carrier gets it and takes it out. So, I would either take that off the site because it's not actually next day shipping or reduce the price or actually ship it out the next day.
I called Tuesday asking where my package was and was told it should come Wednesday and I would get a refund. Wednesday comes no refund or no package, so I call again and they tell me I should get it by Thursday and then I’ll get a refund.

I was unsure on what helmet to choose next and needed some advice. I went to cycle gear and tried on a few helmets and was recommended a few different brands based on what I was looking for. I had to order it online because it was not in stock but the employees there assisted me by ordering from the store. Always a great experience with quick delivery.

I initially needed to pick up rear brakes. The mechanic that was to service my bike became a no-show, so I set out to do the job myself. I stopped in my local CycleGear (King of Prussia, PA) and got the brakes ordered. After I successfully changed my brakes I noticed a rust spot on my wheel/rim and that needed changing. I ordered the new wheel/rim online and had it shipped to the store. The only discrepancy was not being notified that my order had gotten to the store, but I didn't fret because I watched the order update through Fedex. I was able to have CycleGear install a new tire, also purchased here, on my new wheel/rim. I dropped it off in the morning and got a call a few hours later. Alex made sure to take care of me every step of the way. I really feel at ease w/ CycleGear because they are all riders OR 'know their stuff'. They don't try to just sell me anything, but rather give me the info and let me decide. Now I know how to change my brakes, brake fluid, and front wheel. I chose CycleGear over going to Harley b/c of $$$$ and I was encouraged to change the brakes myself. I'm glad I did just that. Thank You Alex.

I finally made a trip down to my nearest Cycle Gear to first check out the store.and I knew I needed to pick up brake pads for my harley. After waking around checking out the wide selection of items, I made my way to one of the staff for help. Both Dave & Alex (i believe their names) were at my immediate call. My particular brake pads weren't in stock, however no problem, they plugged me into the system to place an order and got me on my way. I am very pleased with my visit and will certainly be back to pick up a new helmet.
I take pride in supporting local shops vs just going online to purchase. The interaction with someone with more knowledge is helpful.

I picked up my order at Matthew's location. The 2 men working were the best employees I have ever interacted with. (Wednesday, july 24th approx 1pm). Knowledgeable, helpful and made my pickup and try on seamless. I tried 2 jackets and decided on 1. Totally happy. I bought extra padding based on advice from staff. The ordering process was easy. The delivery was on time. The HJC Smart HJC 50B worked well and was easy to install.
I did a test drive after installing the intercom system. No issues, however over about 50 mph it is hard to hear the music or instructions due to wind noise.
I would recommend that you research and make sure the intercom system you're buying fits the helmet you have. The intercom I bought is made by the same company as the helmet, so there was no issues.
Researched to make sure HJC 50B would fit my HJC helmet, which it does.

I’ve pretty much always preferred Arai for the fit and protection offered. As a former racer, I’ve ‘tested’ a several of these helmets and I’m here to say they work. I’ve probably had 10 Arais over the years and have tried a couple of others, but for me, the Arai fit works best. Personally, spend the money to get a top rated helmet and make sure it fits properly

The survey monkey feedback was too long. I thought ok, I'll knock this out because I do like to give feedback but, after 5 pages of multiple choice it started with the word boxes and I just closed it and sent cs an email telling them. It's a very robust survey but, man I don't know how people can stand more than a couple minutes of questions.

Overall I have had a wonderful experience selecting quality riding gear. The only issue I have encountered, at no fault to CycleGear, is a limited selection of riding boots for people with large feet. I finally settled on a EU 49, and it feels pretty good overall. Would have preferred a EU 50 but will not complain. There was only 4 or so options in my size available. But shipping was fast!
Really only local store around that carries a wide selection of gear. The Savannah branch sold me on the company.
