I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
New safety gear is high quality and delivered quickly. Looks great and keeps my safe. Sales staff were great.

These are well constructed riding pants, solid snaps on all but hip pockets to keep your stuff in place, good stitching. Knee padding is held in by velcro at the bottom which isn't great, as when this starts to give way the pads will slide out your cuff. Wish they inserted from side on top rather than from below underneath. These also have a skinny jeans type of fit rather than loose, so they retain body heat a lot more than other types. Not ideal for Georgia riding. Good construction but better for a cooler climate.
Good balance of quality and price.

After having ordered tired locally and having it screwed up, I bought online from Cycle Gear and had them at my door in 48 hours.
Reliable delivery.
Bought before.

The boxes are arriving in suspect condition: tape ripped, box top ends crunched as if someone was inspecting. Goods inside are ok, but what's up with the boxes? May want to look into your delivery chain.

So far I'm very happy with the items I ordered, as well as the helpful filtering system for finding the gear you are looking for. I will caution I had experienced difficulty actually *buying* anything, as my order cancelled several times (perhaps because of an issue with my VPN?). Anyways, in the end I had customer service get involved and they resolved the issue
Customer service helped resolve my issue, but only like after the 3rd time I had called/emailed. Everything still got resolved in the end though
I had searched for CE approved gear, ideally that which was high-vis for safety purposes

Fast and easy online shopping website, several product options to choose from and great discounted prices when items are on sale, especially tires.
Great tire options at excellent prices.

As a new rider, I really appreciate your selection & cost point.
I reached out to cancel the order because I wanted to pick it up locally instead. While they couldn’t cancel the order because it was already processed, there was a prompt response to let me know.
Best sales for what I needed
It was on sale and I needed a riding jacket. Plus I like the look of it. It was a great deal for the cost

Ordered online, received my parts in no time. The communication of everything that was happening was splendid. Keep it up CycleGear.

Your site is difficult if not impossible to navigate on mobile, you have items listed that are completely out of stock and unavailable and you participate in Pink Tax. Your product descriptions are vague, you have very little for the smaller structured, and you're far too curt in store.
The only shop that carried what I was looking for to an extent.

I wanted some adjustable clutch and brake levers for my Harley Ultra. I ordered them through Cycle Gear in Salem Oregon. In a matter of days I received the PSR adjustable levers and I appreciated the military discount. I am impressed with their customer service and the friendly staff.
I am a member of the Oregon Veterans Motorcycle Association and they generously support us in our fundraisers.
I desired to have my controls closer to the grips and PSR fit the bill.

Ordered a Stockton roadside tool kit and a couple of Ram Mount X-Grip rubber tethers which were delivered to the local store, saving me the cost of shipping. It's always a pleasure to have an excuse to go to Cycle Gear and see what's new and what's on sale. Also, the staff is friendly and unfailingly helpful. The Stockton tool kit is very heavy for a motorcycle tool kit, but much of what anyone would need, as long as we add in tools large enough to manage the rear axle...and more weight. I'll be having my next rear tire mounted soon. Cycle Gear makes it easy to purchase with good prices and mounted and balanced with adequate savings to make it a no-brainer.
Local and relatively well-stocked.
Truthfully, the Roadside Tool Kit was on sale.
The Ram Mount tethers are simply good insurance. A friend recently had to buy a new phone because his escaped the holder on a highway. I prefer to keep my phone well secured.

Easy to shop and order. Nice to have a store nearby, so I can try on boots there in case they are not the right fit.

I needed a Michelin Road6 fron tire for my R1200GS. My local shop didn't have one, so I ordered it online and received it in three days. I had it mounted the next day. This is a great tire and a huge improvement over the Road5. Smooth and easy.
Good selection and fair prices. Also the free shipping to the store was a plus.
I generally like Michelin tires and this was the tire of choice for how I use my bike.

I ordered two helmets at the same time,i thought they would arrive together not days apart,i had to buy another helmet locally from the cycle gear store in the mall.

Quality for the price,appearence.

I bought a couple of these bags to carry water, umbrella, sunscreen, etc. They were fairly easy to tie to the bike (I did see a YouTube video to do it). They are waterproof also, so that's good. They can be hooked on to the bike in multiple ways also. I might buy one size larger next time, for longer trips where I want an additional pair of clothes.
Good prices, good quality
For storage while riding

Someone spent 30 minutes with me finding the right fitment for my helmet. Then we went over various helmets I'd been looking at and they explained what various things meant so I actually understood as a newbie. Then ordered to the store and they went through more with me. I'd also bought a cardo, so they set all that up for me and then took time showing me how it worked and answering all my questions. Amazing amazing service.
Seemed good
