I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Was supposed to come thursday and rhen friday and then it came saturday but i think it was because of the bad weather so its fine just had a little delay

The Counter guy was very helpful in getting the same that I had. The Michelin took five days to come in. They called when it came in. Now I will remove the wheel and have Cycle Gear mount and balance it for me.

Cycle Gear staff at the Plano store; Chris, John and Cindi are excellent. Great Customer Service skills and very knowledgeable about the products. Could not ask for better staff.
Not as happy with the original Cardo Edge Duo that I bought. Had to return it and get a new set. In addition, the external boom mic that I purchased for a 'Halfie" helmet was also defective and had to be replaced. The 2nd Edge works fine, but it took a lot of time trouble shooting the original equipment and then revisiting the store to buy a new set. Something that expensive should not have failed.
Because of their pricing, knowledgeable and courteous staff and installation support.
Supposedly the Edge was the most technological advanced and the best quality. Like I mentioned earlier, that was not true with my original purchase. The 2nd set works fine.

The team at Cycle Gear went above and beyond to help me find the right ADV jacket. It is a big purchase and it needed to be right. The guys were professional and helpful in getting in a new size and processing a return for me.

My package came a day later than originally expected. I was so excited to get my new riding jeans. I loved the stretch, but the fit was too big in the waist and the inseam was a little short. The length of the pants was just long enough when standing. So it was way short for riding. I will be spending them back. I was so disappointed, especially after the late delivery.
My husband and I have been customers for years. We love the customer service, knowledge of the staff and was of doing business. They also have a few women's choices for gear at the store. Unfortunately, most of the sizing is not for women my size. But it's good to get an idea of what may need to be ordered.
I read the reviews and the product description before my purchase. I thought these jeans may be exactly what I needed in a riding jean for a curvy figure. Unfortunately, they fit poorly.

Needed spools for the rear of my Z900, and wanted red if possible. The salesman quickly consulted his online inventory, then showed me exactly what I was looking for. Two days later I had them. Simple!
I dealt with Cycle Gear’s Matthews, N.C. Location many times in the past, always with pleasant results. This Buffalo location proved to be equally competent.
So I could use my Trackside stand to lift the bike.

Like others have said, the size runs small so get one size bigger than you think you'll need. I do with the built in visor had an option to not be tinted. Going to order a clear visor so I can ride at right and not worry about wind/bugs getting in my eyes.

I was pretty satisfied with going to shop in the store and found some stuff that I needed. The employees were very nice and helpful. They were knowledgeable in the products sold because they are riders themselves which I appreciate. Products were organized to a point where most people could easily find them. The problem comes when wanting to find specific products though, throughout the gear I found that there's only a handful of different brands to try on for different items and none of them were what I or the others that I brought into the store were looking for. It seemed that only the lower dollar items were stocked in the store and the higher priced (which I was looking for) ones could only be found online. I understand that keeping pricey items out of stores keeps revenue from dipping but some of the riders would be more inclined to buying high dollar items if the could try them on before buying especially since that's our protection when we ride.
The product that I chose was a repurchase of what I bought at a different store due to an accident. I like to stick to what I know so I found the same item closer to my home.

Outer packaging and inner packaging of box was soaked, dried out taped, and delivered wasn't very bad condition, but the motorcycle helmets seem to be OK

I absolutely love these, I looked at the other reviews and took the advice to order a size up. They are tight but stretchy enough to fit well. I imagine they'll be excellent in the autumn but they are multilayered and get very sweaty when out riding on 90 degree Fahrenheit days.

I called my local CycleGear store and ordered over the phone a Dunlop Trailmax Mission Tire
REAR, 150/70B18 70T TL. It was delivered the same week as ordered. I'm just waiting till I wear out my current rear tire on my KTM 890 Adventure till I have the new tire installed.

Came in store (harrisburg) to shop for a helmet. Looked around and went to ask the salesman question about it. And end up buying a shoei rf1400 plus a photochromic visor. The visor wasn't in stock so he offer me to ship it home to Canada. He arranged everything and explained all the particularity on the helmet (pinlock)
