I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
I bought these for my granddaughter, but they were huge. They actually fit my adult son.

First off cycle gear should not be in the business of changing tires. They are too cheap to hire a mechanic so the may rely on front of counter people when they aren't busy. Not only are they inexperienced, it took them 4 days to mount 1 tire I brought in and I was number 3 on their so called list. I had to cancel my holiday motorcycle ride with friends because I don't have my tire.
No one can do anything about in store problems . No one to talk to as usual just a run around .

The back protector I ordered had very poor sizing information and quite literally was huge in size for me requiring it to be returned. I plan to order a replacement whenever I get my refund however, after two calls to Alplinestars they were still not able to clarify proper sizing. Even the sizing on the product packing isn't clear. This may take up to two more orders to get the right size as the Alpinestars representative I spoke to on the phone wasn't even sure of which size I should order.
The return part went well, and a return shipping label was sent to me quickly. The replacement process is not that great having to get a refund then placing another and another order until I get one to fit takes too much time. At the very least instead of giving a refund, if the customer ok's it why not send them a replacement product of the new size until we get it right, if the manufacturer isn't going to provide good sizing information.

For what the product is I guess it's fine. Intallation was a pain as it's just zip ties in tight places. But what made the experience worst is that the package itself took 2 weeks for delivery and when it arrived the packaging looked like it had gone around the world as it literally arrived in Hawaii before it came back to Texas.

My $700 jacket arrived used and coverd in pet hair. The in-store sales people where great and did everything in there power to make it right. Promised a replacement and got Cycle Gear to comp next day shipping on a replacement along with a decent promo discount. Now the bad part. That was July 2nd. It is now July 7. I still have yet to receive my replacement jacket. Pretty upset at this point.

I am a size US10W in women's and was terrified that the Forma Swift Dry Shoes wouldn't fit. I got a size 42 and am very happy to say that they fit perfectly! I can wear socks comfortably and they aren't super hot. The reinforced ankle doesn't hurt and the inside is 90% waterproof. The ankle is not so definitely consider wearing pants that cover the top for added water protection.
The return policy is straightforward, prices are lower than most places and I have a membership that makes a huge difference.
I was looking for a street look in riding shoes and the Forma Swift Dry Shoes definitely look casual enough to wear with regular clothes.

Do not order on a Friday! 2-day deliver only means during the week. If you order on a weekend it will take 6 days instead. The website said a store had plenty Instock but when I arrived they had none.

Our expedited shipping is business days. We do apologize the item you ordered was not eligible for expedited shipping because of the lithium battery component. It was required to ship standard ground.
Good selection and good prices. Tires were delivered to the Peoria store in just 3 days. Manager and employees were very helpful. Made sure a tire installer would be available since I live 65 miles away. Was able to wait a short time for installation at the store. Great service and friendly staff.

Local cycle gear store didn't have ability to mount tires as website stated which created a headache to come up with another plan. Alternatives were much more expensive - probably wouldn't have purchased the tires through cycle gear if that was the case.

This helmet was a steel. I love the quality components like metal fasteners. It is a little snug but even with my speakers installed it's not unbearable. I love all the vents because it gives adequate air flow for my hot head. It does increase noise but that's too be expected. Great and easy chin strap. The only thing I don't like is the challenge to open the visor. I like to ride with just the tinted visor unless going over 60.

Ordered my helmet from Cycle Gear and had delivered to store in case it didn't fit -- I could return it right there at the store without having to deal with shipping back, etc. Everything went smoothly. I was notified when it was in, guy at the counter got it for me in about 30 seconds, and I tried it on and walked around the store to make sure it was comfortable.
