I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.

The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.

I purchased a Pirelli Diablo Corso tire for the front. The product is good and so was the online service. I even had an employee from the local store reach out online when I posted the situation I encountered to a local Facebook group. His name is David Perez@ Cycle Gear San Antonio, and I sincerely appreciate his offer to put a tire on hold for me. I believe this praise should be given because he did go above and beyond to aid. I didn't go to the store to purchase as I had made my purchase online while I was waiting for a tow and opted to have the tire shipped.

Jacket is good. However there is a foul smell (sweat like smell) coming from the jacket.

They couldn't mount my rear tire because they didn't have the proper equipment. I think if you advertise tire mounting you should have all the equipment to do so. They also didn't have the proper valve to replace. I had to drive all over town to obtain. I've never had such an experience at other cycle shops in town here. However with all that said the employees were extremely nice and helpful on where to go to get the valve and mount the tire.

I buy my tire and other things from the Tacoma cycle gear and in the past they have always done my tire while I wait, but when I tried to warranty my rear tire I was told it would be 2 or 3 days before they could get to it. So now I will be going some where else

Ordered 4 items total. Three arrived in perfect condition, but received one (Quad Lock Stem Mount) that had a damaged box and was missing crucial parts. These Web GoreTex boots from Alpinestars are good quality. I bought some of the original series of this boot >15 years ago, and after many many miles of riding in heat, rain and snow, they were looking pretty worn. Still without holes, mind you, but they showed the many years of use. In spite of this, they were still comfortable and (mostly) waterproof. I bought another set of the same boots because they are comfortable, last, and offer good protection without looking like a walked off the motorcross track.
