I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
I've never had a problem with CycleGear. Customer service has always been excellent. They are always happy to answer any question, even when I thought my question was kinda dumb. They just make shopping and choosing riding gear easy, both in store and on the phone.
They were the closest brick&mortar store that had the gear I needed. I’ve gone to the same store many time, with many questions, and then started going on line. I still go there to try on, and buy gear when store availability allows.
You offer the best products, with the information I need, so I can buy the safest products for my ride. Your products also lol badass.

I like Cycle Gear for the easy website, good selection, and ease of returns. Ordering garments by a size chart is always a guessing game, and returning can be a pain and an expense. Having a local store makes that "exchange" process easy for items they don't already have in stock for me to try.

**Updated** Cycle Gear reached out to me within 24 hours and provided a credit to my account and an apology for the hassle. I've never had a negative interaction with their customer service, online or in-store.
First time having this issue with Cycle Gear. The Dunlop tire arrived with a completely collapsed bead rim because there was no insert to keep it open during storage/shipping. This made mounting the tire a royal P.I.T.A. And made it impossible to seat the bead. They couldn't seat it either. Had to take it to a Big Brand Tires that had a heavy duty shop compressor to get it seated & inflated.

The top case is solid and durable. Mounting bracket/plate was fairly easy to install on my KTM 1190R and fits well. The only issue I have is that the case only opens/unlocks with the key in place. Fairly inconvenient to always have to pull the key out of your pocket. It should close without the key, and only need the key when one wants to lock it. Other than that, a great value.

Love my White Shoei RF1400 helmet but needed thinner cheek pads, I bought the helmet at this same Cycle Great store, took my helmet in, they ordered thinner cheek pads for me. Took about 3 days to get, they also put these new pads in for me. Very knowledgeable and Super Customer Service here. I've always gone to Cycle Gear first, they always have what I want, if not, they'll order it for me, fast delivery to…Best MC Store ever……

Bought a set of barkbuster plastics for my 300l. They were apparently the wrong set that does not attach to the standard wrap around metal guards and did not include screws. These worked.

After purchasing new riding shoes I told the sales associate who sold me the shoes that I wanted to try on a couple of new helmets. He brought out one and then he was done with me and moved on to a new customer. It appeared to me there were at least 2-3 other sales associates not waiting on customers.
I noticed that the Pleasanton, CA store had a good review rating and it gave me a nice ride from where I live.
I wanted to replace my current riding shoes which are getting old.

Shipping took 7 days. It was supposed to take 2. Looks like it got handed off to several different delivery services on its way to me.
Didn't have any answers other than what I could tell from Cycle Gear and the delivery tracking. He gave me $20 store credit for the issue.

The product is excellent. But delivery time is not. When Amazon delivers in two days, waiting for a couple of weeks feels like waiting forever:-)

No issues with ordering off the website. My only gripe is the way Cycle Gear's Loyalty program is structured, with a fee. I think the return policy should apply equally for all customers and the Loyalty Program should be free to join and maintain.
They have a large selection online and brick and mortar locations as well.

Ordered a set of Pirelli Supercorsa SP V4s and the entire process from purchase to install was excellent. The tires showed up at the store within a couple days and they had the tires mounted and ready for pickup 2 hours after I dropped off my wheels. Communication was excellent with emails and phone calls letting me know when the tires arrived and when they were mounted and ready for pickup. Overall excellent experience.
