We ordered a dirt bike tire from Cyclegears and instead received a motorcycle tire that wasn't even close to being right. Son had to call and try to see why this happened. Then it was aggravating trying to send pics of the one they had sent and get the right one sent to us. I had to go to fedex and get the one they sent that was wrong sent back to them. We usually go to Cycle Gear to get what we need. This was more of a hassle to deal with. I did receive grips for the dirt bike that was correct. I don't know if I will be ordering online again.
Danielle helped us get the product we ordered sent, and shipping label to send the other tire back.
My son and grandson goes to Cycle Gear alot for items they need for their dirt bikes.

Ordered tube through the store, Adrian was very professional and knowledgeable. Received my order within four days. I also had the store replace the tube and they also balanced the tire/wheel assembly. I had my wheel with new tube within a week and ready to go...

I ordered the helmet in store on Dec 20 with a expected arrival date of Dec 23. The helmet arrived Dec 21. My only complaint is the size of the helmet is smaller than the size chart recommends.

The quality of the globes are amazing and after referencing other peoples reviews I even decided to go a size up which fits great. My only issue is with the delivery time or carrier. I was given the wrong information to track the delivery so every day for 3-4 days it would say it would be delivered that same day. Once i received the correct tracking information it was handed off to another carrier which kinda made the delivery time be prolonged. Once I got the correct carrier that had my package they were also nearly 2 days late on the time.

I went to CycleGear's website to get new tires for my motorcycle. The navigation was smooth, I could filter by the tires that fit my bike, the checkout and payment process was very easy, and I went to pick them up at my nearest store. It took me just a few minutes to complete the purchase, and a couple of minutes to walk out of the store with my new tires.
Because of my previous experiences buying at CycleGear, I trust them.

First, Josh and the staff at the Knoxville location do a fantastic job. They are the reason I continue to shop with Cycle Gear. I was disappointed with what I received. I had previously purchased a pair of riding pants for cold/wet weather. Ordered the same style, manufacture, and color, but summer/warm weather pants the same size as the first purchase and they arrived the correct size on the label but two inches smaller in the waste. Not sure how that happens.

I ordered tires at cycle gear so the Roswell store could install them. It's close to me and convenient, so I did not use your competitor. When I finally got my order, the tire changing machine wasn't working. I had to drive all the way to Lawrenceville to another cycle gear and back to get the tires changed.
It was supposed to be convenient to get tires delivered and installed.

Have to say, that the Cycle Gear in Mesa, AZ….has the BEST selection of gear! Went to the new store in Queen Creek, looking for ALL NEW GEAR for me! BOOTS, JACKET, PANTS, GLOVES….and they had NO SELECTION! Decided to head to the Mesa Cycle Gear the next day, and SO GLAD I DID! NIKKI, is the BEST Sales Person EVER!
