I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Went in to get an accessory plug for the bike. Got that and ended up looking at a new helmet. They didn't have my size in the color I wanted so one was ordered and shipped direct to my house, Awesome! Turns out it was a bit too small. Took it back to the store and they were able to exchange it on the spot. Walked out with the perfect fit. Thanks Folks! Very Satisfied Customer here!
I like having a local store to check things out in, not a fan of online shopping for apparel since you can’t see/touch or try on the items.
Great service and Great Pricing!

Per title... decent but unimpressive product and better than average service and delivery.
Candidly... for many motorcycle products the limited "decent" sources are RevZilla and their sister company, CycleGear.
I needed a simple, reasonable cost, spare pair of touring boots.

Everyone in store was great. Patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Two things I'd like to see:
1. Have gear folks can take for a "test drive". Spending this kind of money on gear, with a "once you've worn, you can't return it under any circumstances" policy is kinda jacked, if we can't actually try it in the real world first.
2. If you're running a promotion for free gear upon a particular purchase (I.e. The free comms gear for "helmet week") try to make sure you have it in stock.
Otherwise, everything was great and, thankfully, I'm quite happy with my new helmet, missing comms aside.

Never bought a helmet before and the man who rang us out helped my wife and I choose the right size and an in stock color. He also threw in the Bluetooth headset because it was intended to be an in store purchase.
The only complaint I have is lack of shipment tracking. It kept saying order being prepared, never shipped, and then just showed up one day.
But overall very happy and will be back.

The guys at the Knoxville location went above and beyond to help. I went thru ordering a couple helmets before I found the right fittment because I measure for a Large but couldn't seem to find a brand/model that fit in that size. Had to move up size.
Price/convenience.

I saw something I needed. I ordered it. It got here quickly, just a couple days. And it works imagine that.
I always give him a look see and if they have what I need I order it and it gets here in a couple days. And if it doesn't fit they don't mind if I return it.
It meant my requirements.

The sales person was very helpful, even checking stock as my size was not on display, but no luck. Arrangements were made to have the helmet and spare shield shipped to my home, and that worked beautifully.
As a repeat customer I knew what CycleGear has on offer.
I needed an inexpensive helmet for my trips around town. The Bilt Nomad fits the bill, but one can tell that it is not a top helmet; it's very noisy for one, and some parts do not fit perfectly together.

Awesome experience. Joe helped us find exactly what we needed and went above and beyond to look for some shields. They didn't have in stock by searching the Internet to see if we could get them.

I bought an AGV K3 helmet and wore it for one ride. After discovering that it was much too tight, I called and advised the employee of the situation and he advised me that if the helmet was in like new condition, I may return it for the correct size. I returned my old helmet and we discovered that the Tacoma, Wa. Store had one in stock, so they had it shipped it to Spokane, I picked it up after they installed my JBL speakers and I was truly pleased. Great experience and I look forward to using Cycle Gear in the future for all of my riding needs.
Great selection of gear priced at a point that I can afford.
AGV is my favorite helmet.

Bought helmets. They spent the time needed to fit my wife, she hasn't worn the helmet yet, so can't say if it was successful. My helmet seems good, not used to one so tight on my face, but time will tell how it feels

Took advantage of CycleGear's Memorial Day sale and picked up some white wall Dunlop Tires. Huge game changer for my bike. Besides having excellent thread, I now get stopped and complemented on my bike.

It's a bit heavier than my other helmets, but overall for the price, it's a great buy. The Bluetooth sound is clear and callers say they don't hear wind. The only downside for me is it does get a bit noisier at higher speeds in the helmet and the Bluetooth sounds don't go as high as my Sena. Overall still a 5 star buy at this price point.

I had stopped in to order some motorcycle tires when I got there I didn't really know what size I needed but Kirby helped me out and got me the sizes I needed and the tires were a good price when I went to pick him up only one was there and I had already dropped my bike off at the tire shop so I took the one tire had them install that the other one came in they personally took it down there for me and it got installed the same day I was on a time crunch I really respect the cycle gear family for helping me out when a time that I needed it I really appreciate it and I will come back to buy some more stuff from cycle gear and Kirby himself good people and good business I really appreciate it
I was looking elsewhere for tires and they were pretty expensive and cycle gear had just what I needed for a good price

It was time for a new helmet. Decided to go to cycle gear in Redwood City. Met Eddie who was very patient and knowledgeable. Went through all the possibilities with different brands. Decided on the new to the market alpine stars R-10. Waited a week as i monitored its location in shipping all the way from Kentucky. Took like a week. Upon knowing it had arrived I went to pick it up.
Here's were it gets interesting. The box was brought to the counter from the back
It was an open box. Someone had this before and returned it. Missing packaging reinforcement inside/ paper tags detached.
Nevertheless I examined and tried it on.
Seemed to be ok and luckily seemed to fit.
I had waited long enough and just didn't want to go through re-ordering it. Bought a tank bag while I was there and came home with my new helmet
Looking at the alpine stars web site I saw that I could have ordered it directly from them as it showed in stock
I'm gonna be ok! It's the principal of this. I expected a sealed never been open new helmet - that's not what I got
Like I say the helmet is in good shape but to say the least very surprised/$1000.
The nice clean store with good sales people and good stock
Latest helmet technology with a brand I love
