I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Love these jeans! I live in Florida and theses jeans are a great option if it is just to hot to wear double lined jeans with pads, at least with these I make sure I have some extra slide protection on hotter days. Waist is my regular Levi's size, and they are a definite straight fit with stretch, but have to go longer in leg (34) than normal jeans sizing as the gusset in the crotch is comfy when riding for a long time but does make the ride up your legs a bit!
Easy returns process when buying online - straight back to the store!
Klim reputation and past experience - pricey but always top quality!

Employees extremely helpful & patient! I purchased my helmet, jacket, gloves etc from this location. The employees were knowledgeable and as a first time rider, they recommended products that were comfortable for me and fitted.
Recommended by a friend who purchased equipment from CycleGear.

Purchased this oil for my Duke 390. This was my 2nd oil change. Oil seems to have made my shifts smoother and engine run quieter. Would run this same oil for my next oil change.
The speed of the purchase and delivery.
It was toss up between this and the Motorex brand. Read a bunch of reviews and decided that I wanted to go fully synthetic.

Reax Castor perforated gloves are true to size, we're comfortable even on first ride. Not gauntlet gloves but not so short they don't protect your wrists. Cycle gear has great service.
Good website, easy to get information and pictures of products. Good prices.
Quality product, at a good price.

I received my order in parts and some of it was two weeks late, after I returned from a trip for which I was buying the items. They were sent very late. I was lucky that our local store finally got ONE in stock.
I asked to stop shipping of the items that were not shipped yet, but that didn't happen and no one replied. Three stars for giving me $10 for the late shipment. I would rather had my stuff on-time though.
Because I can go and return locally the items that were shipped way too late, or don't fit. And, I do like our local store with friendly and helpful guys. Is shop there for most of my moto needs.
The products are good. Should have ordered them from some other place. This is not the first (or second) time when my orders arrive way too late. I have no idea why the 3 days shipping is advertised with the part of RPM membership from CycleGear. Orders rarely arrive in that time frame.

I had ordered a pair of boots online. When I opened the item, the tags had been removed and the sole had wear marks on them.
Good reviews.

Cycle Gear had the helmet I wanted in stock and at a good price on sale. It came on time and was well packaged, so it was in perfect condition when I received it. So far the SHOEI GT-Air II is great. It has a better visor than the Sedeci I was using and it feels much nicer inside.
Cycle Gear has a great selection of helmets and other gear.
I wanted a better quality helmet and when SHOEI had a sale I was ready to buy the GT-Air II. Reviews led me to believe that it would be quieter than my previous helmet and that the visor would have better optical quality.

Bought product based on delivery date. Don't meet the delivery date. Package received late, missing all sorts of washers. Contacted customer support. They said I would have to file a claim because of your very poor packaging. Or I could buy another item and have the shipping expedited, and hope that the claim would refund my money. If it didn't I would be paying for the item 2 times. Overall a very negative experience. Very unfortunate.

Cycle Gear, 1515 Parkmoor Ave San Jose, with a specific item in mind. The young lady at the register counter spotted me walking in and with a smile she asked if I needed help finding anything. I responded that I was looking for the new REAX Supper 2 Gloves. She led me to the rack and handed me the only one on the hook. It was a bit tight and requested to try a different size, she looked through everything and found that there wasn't any other one. She told me that she could order it and have it delivered to my home, which she processed for me.
I was at the motorcycle dealership and just happened to stop by.
I was hoping that it would be a tremendous help with plenty of air circulation keeping my hands dry in these unusual hot days. Currently high 80s and low 90s temperatures in my areas.

The sales associate took his time to answer all of my questions and helped me try on products from both the shelves as well as getting gear from the back storage. I didn't feel rushed and he was proactive with his interactions - he didn't just sit there and wait for me to ask a question, he would volunteer up information that he thought would help. In the end I felt confident with the product I bought because of his input.
Local store and good prices

Shopped here before and daughter bought a gift card for my birthday

I ordered riding jeans and they arrived in a timely manner. They are great products and I will be purchasing more in the future. Use the sizing guide to get the right size for each different item as they will all fit differently
There are many stores local to me with a wide selection, an online store, and a great membership program.
The riding jeans are protective, stylish, and came in sizes that fit me (larger sizes)

I had been needing some new clothes for on and off the bike, and Cycle Gear was having a sale, so I decided to order a whole set of Axial base layer items. Included were: shorts, tshirts, and long sleeve shirts. A separate order included short sleeve compression layer and armored leggings. I was beginning to wonder if the RPM membership was worth the $60, cause they're always sold out of stuff I look for, and the two day shipping actually takes about five days because of their processing speed. That all being said, I was able to save almost $200 because of the 10% discount on their brand and the sale price of 50% on Axial items. To top it all off, each of the base layer items I ordered has performed as well or better than I expected. When sized appropriately, they really do help you stay cool on a hot day, support your muscles (compression items) add a little extra protection, and improve the overall quality of your ride. There's a lot of value, especially if you can grab them on sale (recommended). I can't speak to their longevity beyond my short use, but they seem to hold up well if you rotate a few pieces and care for them. Based on my experience, I would gladly recommend both Axial products and RPM membership if you don't already have it.
It’s a great place (one of the only places, actually) to try/buy motorcycle clothing locally. Plus the membership is nice to have sometimes, both for the sales and the relatively fast shipping. Whenever I need motorcycle equipment for myself or the bike, I try to check here first.
I had been needing some clothing to help with the heat, and you guys had a great sale on Axial products.
