I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Ordered product online and was given an expected delivery date. I chose the ship to store option and item arrived two days early. Was promptly contacted by the store upon its arrival.
Convenience, selection, military discount and competitive price.
Used product prior and expectations were exceeded.

Staff was very helpful with selection. They helped me find the right size and not also break my bank account on the purchase.

I bought a BILT Techno 2.0 Modular Sena Bluetooth Helmet back in 2018 from Cycle Gear and after a lot of riding, decided to upgrade to the 3.0 version. They had an online coupon, so I decided to do the online purchase and delivery and had zero problems or issues and received my new helmet in a timely manner. When it's time to upgrade again, I will be purchasing it here again as well as anything I need for my bike.

Very good service. The problem was that they did not have the size in the helmet that I wanted so had to order it. I got it but not sure if the fit is right so will be returning to the Chico Store with it for their assessment.

The guys working at Cycle Gear are always friendly, nice, and helpful. Too bad the products they stock for women is woefully lacking, including the house brands.
tried them on in-store and saw immediately that i didn’t like it. was easy to return since i didn’t leave the store with them
Easy to order online and free shipping to store
Thought it was going to be a good product with the features i wanted, but it was terribly designed.

Friendly greetings through the front door. The employees are accommodating when picking the right helmet. It was also nice to have a woman at the store to help with women shoppers (riders). On that note, it would be nice to see more women's street clothing selections at the Pacheco, CA store.
I chose CycleGear because it was the only motorcycle store closest to my home, and it wasn't an HD shop.
I chose the Sedici helmet, for a few reasons, the style, the color, and the price. The wind noise is the only complaint I have.

Stopped by the Gastonia store to pick up a helmet lock but they were out of stock. The manager promptly looked it up in the system and it was delivered to my house in a couple days.

Lots of options. Already tested out my new Sedici riding pants, and it kept me from receiving any damage to my backside when I slid 40ft. After washing the pants you can hardly even tell.
Pants and subscription.

Mounting at a fair price if you buy them from cycle gear
Decent price and decent reviews.

I ordered my pair of new riding shoes. The Alpine Star Ride Knit 3. They came in a day earlier than expected.
I choose CycleGear because they are fair in their prices and they have great products.
I like the quality of Alpine Star.

The bike specific Barkbusters fit perfect. Easy install and great look. So much sturdier than the OEM handguards.
Only website that has the bike specific part.
I've used them before and I know they work well and hold up good to drops.

Bought this for my 2024 Kawasaki ninja 650 ABS and everything went well, first thing I installed on my bike so it did take me a long time but was worth it. Only issue I had was getting the rubber end of each turning signal into the appropriate spot in the mount, it didn't fit at all and took me an hour alone to do that part.
Reliability

I settled on Shinko 705s. The stock in the online site is low or out the majority of the time for the tires I wanted. Not a big deal.
The installation was terrible. The service was amateurish at best. I will never be buying from Cyclegear in Lawrenceville GA.
Their team is very inexperienced in tire installation. The store manager did mine, because the regular employee was afraid to damage my new wheels. And he did a poor job him self. He could seat the front tire. He stated it's because the compressor is not the best. I have installed tires with my bare hands and a small compressor at my home. How can he, having better tools, not get the job done efficiently?

Also for it to take 3 days is crazy to get a "we tried, but couldn't do it" Is pretty sorry for a large company like cycle gear.
I thought the installation was a good deal but it turned out to be a waste of time and money.
I chose the product because it is a good value. Shinko did a great job with the tire not cycle gear.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sorry to hear we fell short of a great experience. Please know that we take your feedback seriously and will be passing it on to our Leadership Team.
The selection of tires is always out of stock.
I had to settle for something cheaper because cyclegear never got more product in stock. I waited well over a 2 months for a specific set of tires. Tourances.
Installation fee was affordable.
