I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
I ordered my boots on May 13 and didn't receive until May 23. Supposed to be 2 day shipping with RPM membership. Cyclegear picked the USPS for the delivery. It appeared Cyclegear shipped the items with a day; however, the USPS took 9 days to deliver from Las Vegas according to the tracking. Amazon meets their time commitments on shipping. Why can't Cyclegear?
It was ok, they just couldn’t resolve the issue of delivery. The USPS had the item already.
You had the item in stock, and I thought I’d get it for my next trip. Slow delivery jeopardized my safety.
I was replacing a well used pair of boots with the same brand/size.

Really easy to install, and definitely has increased performance. Lost some low end power however that can be fixed with some anti reversing methods
They seem to really care about their customers and give insane deals

Good parts, delivered under 2 days. Comparable price to other online retailers. No complaints!
Free 2 day delivery and good prices.
Fit for my Tiger 800 XC. I had good experience with EBC brakes before and like the performance of sintered pads.

Love my new helmet, but the sun visor wasn't tracking correctly right out of the box. I took it to the local store (Orange, CT). They fixed it right away and also addressed some of my concerns with size (they confirmed I had the right size after one size larger was too big).
Went in store. Very helpful. See review.

Finally decided on a helmet, but had to try it in first. Went to the Glen Bernie, MD location and was helped by OZ. Ended up needing to order the right size. OZ was so helpful in sizing and getting the order done. This location was great!
I could go to a physical store to try things on for fit
Helmet selection was amazing, found the one for me

The associate was very knowledgeable about how the helmet should fit and the different brands. I will definitely go back for other gear

He loves them! He first tried them on and they were super tight, he was immediately frustrated. Turns out there were two inserts in the boot! Lol. He has wore them a few times now and really likes the fit.
They have what we need

The employee was great, knowledgeable and took his time to explain sizes, what was in stock and what were other options since my helmet is older. Everything came in on time and as expressed.
Have bought many different things, throughout the years, through Cycle Gear and have not been disappointed.
Needed replacements for my helmet components.

The shipping took longer than I hoped for, but that is understandable. However, I called and asked when it would be there, and the guy told me Monday. I called Monday afternoon and he said the guy who does receiving had already left for the day, and wouldn't go check for me. The next day I called again, and they still hadn't done the recording for my package. I had to ask them to please go check and process the package. It's not a big deal, but kind of annoying to have to call and insist for them to process my package.

Ok, so I was a dumbass and ordered the wrong size boots because I don't understand EU sizes of boots and I misread the sizing chart. LOL. I took them back to a local Cycle Gear store and exchanged them with no problems. No complaints at all!
Wonderful experience and exchange in the store.
Just needed some motorcyle boots and your company was lucky enough to come up first!
Was on closeout and a good price.

Roswell Ga. Store manager Eric and his team provide excellent customer service everytime I'm go to the store (which is often). Recently, I went to the store to follow up with Eric regarding a previous conversation about a Shoei GT Air II. He was not in but Max stepped in for him and answered my questions about the helmet and about both the Sena and Cardo systems. He had a good depth of knowledge about all three items. I ordered both the helmet and a Cardo Edge 2 helmet system. After delivery, I took the helmet and Cardo system to the store and Eric installed the system it in a matter of minutes while I waited even though I offered that I wasn't in a hurry and would come back.
I've been buying from Cycle Gear since they opened their first store in the 70's in Southern California.
I've owned many Shoei helmets and they are my preferred helmet. I had a bad experience with Cardo years ago and went to Sena. My conversation with Max convinced me to go with Cardo this time. Mind you, he didn't push one product over the other. I liked that Cardo was not GT Air II specific and had an adaptor for a clean mounting to the helmet.

Just as the title says.
I walked in and told the salesman I was picking up an order. He asked my name and went in the back. A minute later he was back with my order and checked me out.
Couldn't have been easier.
They had the part I needed and I could get it right away.

Awesome experience. Went to the physical store in Savannah and they were incredibly helpful. The specific helmet I wanted wasn't in stock but I was able to try them on to make I liked it and it fit properly and the staff places my order. Shipped and delivered fast. Couldn't be happier.
