I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
I had an Amazon experience in store then found I needed more gear a few days later, so i how'd on their website. It was easy to find and I picked up the I ten that the store previously recommended with no issue. Quick shipment of a fully functional product. Thanks folks!

The photochromic lenses are great. The overall size of the glasses are a little small. Wish they covered better.

I ordered a Neotec head pad in L13 but received L5 (wrong thickness). I returned it to the store and within minutes had a refund and new L13 on order. Someone evidentially made a packing error but follow up customer service was fantastic. Thank you Hicksville. LI store team.

Went into the Tacoma store to pick up another helmet. Through trying on various helmets we discovered it would be best to simply order thicker padding for my current helmet. So they helped me place an order with Shoei for two thicker pads.

Unfortunately my husband really wanted this helmet, it was a 3XL (finally) and modular. Got it as a gift, he opened it and it had white marker writing all over it and was broke in multiple places. To top it off it was a size 2XL. They returned it easily but of course had no 3XLs left. Very disappointing, I'll just stick with direct from the store if shopping here again.
Returning it wasn't a big deal, they emailed a pre-paid label and said I'd get a refund when they receive it.

I ordered these t-shirts and had them delivered to a store so I could check out there quality before I left. I hate having to pay shipping and return shipping. So it took 3 weeks to arrive, not joking. So after 1 1/2 weeks I called the store to check if it was in stock. The guy gave me the run around and said he need to send it to someone else to check and he would have him call me back. Ok no biggie, waited for a call that never came. After another week I called the main head office. Some guy there said there's nothing he can do I his end and to call the store back. I told him I did and they won't call me back. He did not care and said well I can't help you. So I called the store again and he again said he'd call me back. He did the next day and said he couldn't find the shirt. So a couple of days later they finally called and said the shirt was in. There's more to it but that's the jist.
Read other comment. Basically they didn’t want to help multiple times.

It was time to buy my daughter her first helmet. When we arrived they were busy but made sure to acknowledge us and that they would be right with us. The sales gal took the time to assure my daughter age 7 found the correct fitting and helmet she liked design/color wise.

I like the stats and performance rating chart for the helmets. It really helped me decide on which helmet to get. Only issue is that most of the helmets i was interested in have been out of stock for a while.
I was able to find the right helmet online and have it quickly delivered to my door.
Only place in town that offers a variety of gear at a decent price.

It started out good. Ordered tires and they shipped and were delivered quickly. That was it for the good. Took the morning off from work and brought the wheels to Cycle gear. Employee said he would not mount the tires. Employee said management informed stores not to work on certain wheels. He could not show me the policy. When I called before I went there he sounded like he didn't want to do it. He complained he was the only one who did it and he wasn't paid more for it.
I chose cycle gear for the convenience of having the tires mounted. It was not convenient because they refused and I had go elsewhere, take more time off from work and pay more.
