I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Like I said, the helmet I ordered was to small but they were willing to work with me and help found me a better helmet

Arrived 15 minutes before closing. On a Saturday. Both guys working were very helpful and did not not rush me, they made sure I tried on each suggested helmet. The one I decided on was not in stock in my color and we placed an order. Received Tuesday and a perfect fit. Saved at least a Benjamin when compared to a dealer purchase for comparable product.

I found what I needed with ease through cycle gear. The problem is the sizing chart the brand provided, which has convinced me brands do not know what women look like. I was a little stressed due to almost everything being sold out from the sale that was happening that was a timing issue on my part though.
It was the closest option I knew of and the people are really friendly.
The pants I had were not cutting it anymore and I needed new ones. The reviews and price were good. So I decided to try it out.

My wife told me the return policy can be sketchy for gear if they suspect you've worn it on a ride. I therefore ordered it shipped to the store to avoid any suspicion thereof. When I tried on the medium, I felt like it was too big at the store, but wanted to try it on with another layer at home. It was too big, so I ordered the small and shipped it to the store again. I brought the medium back two days later, and they took it right away without question. The small showed up and I'm very happy with it.

They have physical stores relatively near me. I wish they had better selection at the store, but I appreciate that they’re supported by the online store.
Brand, price, style and features. I wanted a jacket that wasn’t a long touring style, but would be warm enough for cooler riding. I wanted it to not be a dark color for more visibility without being the hideous hi-viz. Water resistance helps as well, and the zip out thermal liner adds flexibility.

Order experience was fine, they helped me in the store. The delivery was a disaster, though not the fault of Cycle Gear. The tracking showed my part had been delivered but when I called the store they told me that their mail carrier had a habit of putting their deliveries in other merchant's mailboxes and they would have to track it down. After two days and not hearing anything I went to the store and was told the USPS supervisor who could open the other merchant's boxes had not come by yet but they expected him soon. Needless to say I was not happy. As luck would have it they had restocked a couple of days earlier and had the part I needed so they gave the one they had in stock and said when they found mine they'd put it into their inventory.

I was notified on Tuesday afternoon that my tires had arrived at Cycle Gear. I immediately put my bike on the lift, removed both wheels, and delivered them to Cycle Gear Tuesday evening. I spoke with the store on Thursday to ask for a status report and the best they would promise was Friday evening. I actually got a call mid-morning Friday and picked up my wheels. The Queue system is ridiculous! I SHOULD have been told to bring my wheels in Friday morning because of backlog=2 more ride days!
Competitive price on product I wanted combined with reduced price for mounting and balancing.
Previous experience was good with this type of tire.

Good staff at the store--knew his stuff There was a vest I could try on for size, but it was black, and I wanted hi-viz so it was ordered. Came in quickly with no problem. Who knows? The airbag may save my neck--literally.

I ordered a new pair of Men's Klim Induction Gloves to replace my almost 8 year pair which began to fall apart. The old pair was a faithful riding accessory for years and served me well. This time i got a size smaller (Medium) which is something i should have done with Pair #1. This pair fits perfect. Ordering from Cyclegear was effortless and gloves arrived in a short period of time. I hope i get as many years of service from these new ones as i did before.

My honest review: when I first opened the box, I noticed it looked NOTHING like all the pics online (from ANY source), which was SUPER disappointing. I called to make sure THIS was the correct one and they assured me it was. He also suggested putting it on the helmet as it'll look different on it. So I did, and, yes, it looks better on but it's still NOTHING like any pics I've seen. The pics show a deep purple color, it's definitely NOT that and it's definitely NOT fully mirrored. Meaning. If it's sunny, you will be squinting and people will be able to see your eyes through it, unlike my other mirrored visors that ARE fully mirrored/tinted.
Do I still like it, yes! Was it being advertised properly online? In my opinion, no.

I went in cycle gear and was looking forward tank bag. They had to order the part. Unfortunately I had to get a hold of revzilla to find out what was going on with the shipping. They found out that it was ordered at the wrong warehouse and had to cancel the order and reorder. It took about 2 weeks to get the part.
In store was awesome, but after the sale was a little disappointing. They didn't take the time to really find out what was going on with my order and Zachary from revzilla who I have ordered with in the past found the problem and made it happen.

I was looking for a tank bag that would lock on the gas tank. Getting the quick release was somewhat difficult.

I ordered a few riding jackets. Unfortunately one of them did not fit and that was a style that was going out if stock and they informed that they didn't know if or when it would be back instock. So they talked me into a different style jacket that I tried on in the manchester store where I tried to do the return.
They were very helpful and suggestive of getting a different style rather then just returning it. I am greatful for it. Now I have a new jacket that I lovee!
They helped me fix the problems and walked me through the return/exchange process very greatful for them.
My friends kept suggesting the store and I wanted to try it out.
