I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
I had stuff coming from all over the country. But by the end of the week, I received everything I had ordered. Nothing was damaged or lost. Everything fit on the motorcycle where it was supposed to.

Popped into the local Cycle Gear store to look at helmets for my wife and saw that Shoei was discounting the Neotec II due to a new model coming out. They didn't have her size in stock so ordered right there through in-store and had it shipped. She loves the helmet!

And wear a heated jacket from Cycle gear in cold weather and they don't last more than two years without something going wrong. Of course the warranty is only one year. These are not inexpensive items

I ordered a leather jacket and was unsure if it would fit since different lines have different measurement methods and it didn't really make sense to me. So, I had it shipped to the store so, if it didn't fit, I just say I don't want it and I am done. It ended up fitting and I kept it but, I liked the approach as it minimized time/energy. Also, I bought the spin armor insert at the same time.

The employees barely help or talk to you. Ordered tires and they wouldn't put them on and never know what they actually carry in store. Just my experience though.

I went from a bell Mx-9 to this and all I can say is wow! Ultra quiet and way less buffeting at highway speeds. The pin lock is also new to me and it is definitely a game changer, rode in 40 degree weather to work and never fogged up once! Also no blind spots whatsoever. Great helmet, definitely premium and would for sure buy again

I am trying to find a solid pair of enduro boots.The Sedici Garda WP Boots all have dysfunctional buckles. They would be nice boots if the buckles actually worked. I tried on 3 pair of Sedici boots and none of the buckles worked. I also tried on a pair of Thor Blitz XR Trail Boots. Buckles work great but they are a bit too stiff. The Forma boots were the best feeling boots and I will likely buy them.
Cycle gear has an on-line presence and a local store presence making shopping easier when I have to try on several pairs of boots to be sure I get the right fit.
I have not finalized the product I will purchase. The Thor Blitz XR Trail boots fit well but are too stiff. I tried on the Forma adventure boots in the store and liked those better.

Order was quick, shipping not as fast as usual as usps was used and usually it's fedex. As for the product, location of padding feels more suited to a bicycle seat than motorcycle, pads need to be up higher towards the tailbone
