I ordered the tires for the reduced cost of mount and balance. When I dropped my wheels off, I was told they cannot install my tires on those types of rims if a store will not install them that should be announced on the website when ordering since I have to select my make and model. Kudos to the manager who gave me store credit for my headaches, but it could've been prevented.
I explained to the web customer support that my issue is in fact website related since it let me order tires that my local store could not mount.

Ordered front and rear Bridgestone tires for a vintage 1982 Kawasaki. Ordering and delivery process were top notch. However, the front tire was produced in the 40th week of 2023 and the rear tire was an early 2023 production date. Given I ordered these tires in late October 2024, I consider these tires to be older stock and I'm not pleased with the matter. I went ahead and had them installed anyway, but my advice to future customers is specify your preference for more current dated tires when you order.

Overall experience was excellent.
The entire process from order placement to pick up was very convenient and trouble free.
Nearest available retailer I trusted while away from home for the winter.
Was able to ship to the nearest store for pick up without worrying something might go wrong.
My old Zumo’s power supply failed and was wanting a newer bigger screen with updated features.
Plus there was a $100 discount/sale vs other businesses!

Just like they said- it's all about what you can buy not what you buy. I spent over 100 dollars for a helmet. Let's just say- save your money and buy something from cycle gear. I like to watch YouTube and everyone says to buy a helmet there... YESSSS. Wanna save money? Buy helmet when they go on sell. Of course you can buy 50 dollar helmet on Amazon but the helmets here are so much better. They really think about the rider. Need a helmet and got 140 dollars? They got you! However they do have some helmets at 400 dollars- but it's not really for me. Thankssss

It felt right. Employees are actually helpful. They size you, they explain what you are buying and WHY it cost the amount it does. Not hating on other riders that don't wear gear... however some of us don't wanna crack a heads open. Be a safe rider- buy gear.

My dad and I went into this store to buy a full face helmet. The sales associate was very helpful, but not intrusive and did not hover over us. I tried a number of helmets, and once I selected one the associate ordered a new one online and it was shipped directly to my house. It arrived 3 days later and is exactly as expected. I'm very happy with it

I ordered Duro tires for my 67' Superhawk, had them shipped to the store and left my rims with them. One week later picked them up mounted and they looked great. Easy and fast process.

Chaps are ok. I am glad I got them at a " close out" price. I do not know if I would pay retail price for them. I have not test the liners yet. I am wearing them in mid 40's degrees weather without the liners.

After spending some time scrolling this website looking for what I want (there is substantial selection!) I found it at my dealer and this site had it online. But after enrolling to save 10% of my first purchase, I found out that 10% applied to SELECT items and what I wanted was ineligible. So that was a bit disappointing. I still made my purchase, but the let down after the detour at checkout sucked.
