I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Always receive excellent service when in the store as well as recommendations. Very knowledgeable on what works and what doesn't. Love their products and membership. I would recommend purchasing from this store.

I have shopped here 2 times now and 2 different employees helped me. STILL Impeccable service. I did gear up! Had a great team to make sure that I had all I expected and wanted to hit the road safe and comfortable.
After taking a motorcycle safety coarse through rawhide. CYCLE GEAR was recommended as a great place to get the right riding gear.
I felt the prices were good and the gear fit right.

I ordered a Helite vented airbag jacket. It arrived on time and I have worn it a couple of times so far. It took a little bit of work to get a good attachment point on the bike - near the tank and above the bottom level of the seat. I did order 2 sizes bigger than normal as the comments/reviews suggested - an XL instead of my normal M and this XL was the right size for me. The jacket is moderately heavy but it isn't really noticeable once I start riding. Having to clip and unclip the jacket to the bike has not been too much of a problem either. I also ordered a spare 60 cc cannister directly from Helite.
I hope I don't ever crash but if that happens I believe I'll be much better protected with this jacket.
I choose CycleGear mainly because of the fact I could do a store return. There were actually more/better customer reviews of the jacket on Revzilla but I found out that both companies are owned by the same parent.
I read the customer reviews on Revzilla and also watched a number of YouTube videos. I particularly liked the YouTube video by FortNine - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N2jZryt607U. That convinced me to get the Helite product. Then I wanted a vented jacket for riding in summer and I preferred the more reliable mechanical attachment than the electronic activation system.

Waited almost 2 weeks to get an item delivered to the Fairfield store that was in stock at the pittsburg store fhich is less than 1 hour away. And didn't even receive a notification that the item was ready for pickup.
Called to cancel tgecirder after I ended up buying it at the Pittsburg stire but was told that they couldn't because it had already shipped.
Thought delivery would be quicker thsn ordering from Amazon. I was wrong.

The CycleGear professional fitted me with an Arai helmet. Who knows how many exchanges to have the right without in store fitting. I was looking at two other helmets, settled on the Arai fit and quality.
CycleGear is the only motorcycle store which has the physical brick-n-mortar store vs the other online stores. Motorcycle apparel needs to fit properly to serve the rider without that in store fitting. I would not have been satisfied with my purchase. The motorcycle dealers carry their branded merchandise with limited selection and lessor quality than my purchase.
I shop quality first as my safety is paramount with my passion for motorcycling. Arai helmet filled my need in a full face helmet. I am still looking for the quality in a half helmet as the Summer Heat in Texas tough in a full face helmet, open to suggestion?

Management was friendly and conscientious. He helped me find an affordable replacement battery for my bike. I picked it up at the store filled, and charged, and ready to go.

It's odd, the stores feel stuffy not inviting.
However, most of the employees do like to help but you need to have a level of experience and knowledge. If your new to biking, the stores will not be inviting and comfortable.

Helmets are one of those things you have to try on. An XL from one manufacturer and and XL from another could be wildly different. Cycle Gear has good selection and knowledgeable staff to get the best fitting lid you can get.

Shopping online is very easy. The helmet itself looks fantastic. I love it. It is a bit more snug than my Shoei RF-1400 (also purchased through Cycle Gear). The Shoei is the perfect helmet. I bought the HJC for motovloging. It's a bit too tight…but not unbearably.

Incredible performance, look, and sound.
Cars are noticing I'm coming up or in the lane thanks to the sweet sounds this exhaust produces. Performance has increased tenfold. The style compliments the monkey and doesn't take away from its vintage vibes.

Slower than usual as I am used to getting items faster. The gloves are always such a crap shoot when it comes to sizing sometimes I need a large sometimes an extra a large so have to return them for a bigger size, same brand I got last time but the large fit fine now this large is too small.

I ordered a set of tires to be delivered and installed on my rims at the Tacoma, WA store. One of the tires I ordered was not the optimal size for my bike. Rather than just installing the tire, the tech called me, explained the situation, and suggested the correct tire. We got the best tired ordered and installed. The customer service I received from the staff in the store was great.
