I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
The store didn't have the right size pants in stock so they ordered them and had them delivered at my home. They came quickly and it was very smooth.

The box was in really good shape not a scratch on it and the products I ordered were wrapped and in solid packaging to avoid any water damage or such from outside factors.

Promised two day shipping with my memberships. My order took over a week to get to me, and that's after I contacted support since I saw it was not shipped out yet.

The items were good and all as expected, but the truth of the matter is I could have gotten it all cheaper off some generic site like Amazon. It would be really nice to see a place for bikers that offered better or comparable prices.

The saddlebags were in stock and shipped quickly. They're generally well made, however there's a slight defect in the stitching ( in a very obvious location). Likely a QC issue with the maker, as the carton appeared factory sealed. I couldn't really justify expending the resources to return them, however I definitely should have purchased these in the store to have looked them over first.
Parts availability, good service, there's also a store relatively close by.
I've used a variation of this item from the same manufacturer and was pleased with them.

Took time to find out what I was looking for, gave me several different options. Let me try on multiple helmets to see which brand, model, and size best met my needs. Showed me accessories like tinted visors, bluetooth speakers, etc. that were available for the helmet I purchased. Was not pressured to buy what was in stock but was able to order exactly what I wanted and have it shipped to my home address (at no extra cost).
I was able to go to a local store and try on helmets rather than just picking one online.

The store was having a hard time keeping an item stocked. The customer service person in store suggested I put in my name for a back order and I was emailed when the part became available making it possible to order it. It arrived in a couple days and I am happily riding my bike :)

I bought a pair of Metzler 888's for my Honda CTX 1300D and I love them! I've put on just over 100 miles so far in temps ranging from 60-95 and they are smooth and hold the road nicely. I haven't noticed any pulling on tar strips, but I'm not sure I've ridden over any fresh tar yet. Had them mounted and balanced at Sills Honda on Brook Park Rd near Parma, OH

I came in because the store notified me of something new that I was interested in. I check it out along with others compatible. I ordered the exact color and new comm device to better work with my new helmet. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I was pleased with my purchase and the service leading up to delivery.
I like Revzilla and if I am not mistaken Cyclegear is associated. I went in because I wanted to try the fit of the helmet and not guess.
I liked my old Cardo Slim, but it probably wasn’t going to work as well as the Bold on my new Neotec 3. That is way I bought that.
I do like a modular helmet. I had in my mind buying Shoei because I liked the quality. The Neotec 3 was the latest and the only thing I liked almost as much was Schubirth

Experienced staff helped me to understand the pros about my tire selection. Quick and easy. I ordered the tires and tubes and had them delivered to the store. In less than a week I had them. It all worked out well for me.

In the shopping and delivery experience went all well, except when it was time to attach the kickstand to my bike where I figured out it is too big and wont let it stand up properly when fully extended.

I was looking for what I believe to be THE best helmet on the market, there are many quality helmets available, however I was looking to spend good money for a product that will help save my life in a accident or unscheduled dismount while riding. Safety is paramount when riding in my humble opinion I always try to buy the best that I am able to afford when shopping. I decided to go with Arai, my second choice was Shoei, but I digress... as I was shopping no one seemed to have my size in stock, and I was getting very frustrated to say the least. Cycle Gear had not only the helmet I was looking for, but they had it in my size! It was a return, ten percent off to boot, yeah, so I pulled the trigger made the purchase. Within a couple of days it was at my door, the helmet fits perfectly and I am very happy with my purchase, I will certainly make future. Purchases with Cycle Gear.

Ordered an alpine stars jacket in store. Store help was excellent. Told me it would ship next day after order was completed. Waited three days for shipping confirmation. Order stayed in processing. Call customer service he told me will shipping that evening but didn't even take my order number so I don't know how he knew that. Waited 5 more days order still in processing. Call again, customer service told me that they don't know why it has not ship but will check. Received a email a couple of hours later saying that it was ready to be ship. 3 more day later I finally got my jacket. If there was a problem and it was not going to be shipped out in the 2 day guarantee then someone should have communicated that.
First person was rude and not willing to help. Second person found out the problem and rectified it.

I came In to get a never visor for my helmet,they didn't have them in stock witch was no big deal and I asked him to order one, this is were the customer service started to fail.
This request was a huge burden on the guy behind the counter. He made me feel like I was incredibly inconvenient for such a request.
After ordering the product they said it would be there in 7 to ten days. Now I live 200 miles round trip from this shop In springfield. On the seventh day I called because I happened to be in town just to see if it had came in. The guy on the phone said he had no time to look and he would call me later if it was there. I tried to explain that I do not live around the corner and he rudley said in slow broken pauses I WILL. CALL. YOU. WHEN. IT GETS HERE! And then hung up. I did get an email when the product arrived and just wanting to make sure it was there I called again thinking that that guy was just having a bad day and in no way could I be treated rudley a third time... I was wrong. The third time they said did we call I said no but I got an email just want to make sure it's there before I drive e from the coast to your shop. He begrudgingly Chen rudley said it's here and hung up the phone abruptly. I will travel to a different store but will not choose to buy from these guys again.

Windshield arrived and was the best size for my riding style. If I would have order the shorter style, the wind would be more than I wanted. Overall I am satisfied with the mounting on my 2023 Honda SCL500. It worked out better than I hoped.

Four items, two problems. The shield won't latch on the helmet because the base plates were installed out of position. Inspector didn't catch it and I've got to return it. Pants were supposed to be 30/32 (waist/inseam) and the inseam isn't even 31"... my socks show. The Merlin boots were good and you can't go wrong with Dixxon.
Brick-and-mortar in a bunch of locations for goods you *must* try on for fit. For our comfort and survival as motorcycle riders in a car and truck centric society.
Price and features were reasonable.
