I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Always great and have the parts I need. Cycle gear is convenient and easy to work with. Also, I like supporting smaller business (not Amazon or Walmart)

Thanks to their spec and trim system lookup it was very easy to find the exact things I needed and everything arrived a lot faster than anticipated even for a holiday weekend

If they don't have it in store they'll order it no problem. I've had bad luck finding gear and they're always there to help me get it straightened out. Most recently was the alpinestars riding hoodie. Had no idea there were color option and a pullover option either. They gave me the info on all of it. Even helped me look up certain specks for it to compare to my nbt hoodie I own

Representative in Albany Cycle Gear (Babe) was exceptionally professional in every way. Helped me select a helmet based on my needs. Tried on a number of helmets to get the right fit and helmet that worked for my type of riding. Unfortunately they did not have a size large in stock for the Arai Corsair-X in Black Frost, so he placed an order online and ensured delivery to my home address. Arrived in 2 weeks or less. Well packaged. Double boxed. Helmet fits perfect.

I had to go to the store to confirm that they received my order 2 days after UPS said it was delivered. Never received an email. Unfortunately the install department was understaffed and I had to take my tires elsewhere to get mounted.

Ms Jessica is an excellent salesperson. She was Knowledgeable and very adept at finding info to do comparisons on the helmets. When I had to return my first, she facilitated the return and helped me select a second helmet. She was patient and very pleasant to work with.

Although my local Cycle Gear store did not stock the tires I was looking for, they had some good prices and provided some positive feedback on what their customers have shared with them. They were happy to order the tire for me either mount, or ship direct to my home.

I ordered two helmets, a pair of gloves, one sissy bar, a battery tender and an aftermarket part for my Rebel 1100. The products are authentic and nice. Installed everything in 20 min. The service from Cycle Gear was great and I had a good time. The two helmets I got in store with an online order, and the others I ordered directly online. No issues with price matching which is awesome! I wish that the delivery was a bit faster, but heck it was Easter, so I'm good.

CycleGear did a good job delivering these two new tires to my home for free. They also did a good job of keeping me informed about the status of my order and the shipping details. They promised it would arrive on a certain day, and they delivered on that promise. Good job, folks, and I will continue to purchase their products online for this reason.

Order a tire for my Harley and wanted to have it mounted there since they offer that service however they said it is a 24 hour turnaround. So picked up the tire and went to the bike shop down the road (Orand City Fl)and paid $60. They had it done in 1/2 hour.

Took 8 days for the order to arrive not good. Will look for options in the future to get orders quicker. Was on hold with customer service but waiting 5 minutes is too long. Not poor customer service but none.
