I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Needed shocks, ordered shocks, received shocks about two days sooner than I thought. Outstanding!

Rebuilding an old vn750 and got new tires mounted, brought the rims in they didn't have the ones I'd scoped out online but turns out it's such a heavy bike it needed a higher load rated tire anyways so they helped me out with ordering it to the store to mount it. Overall easy and simple

I've been using a medium sized Shoei Neo Cortex 2 for years and after 45 minutes my head would just start to kill me. I finally bit the bullet and ordered a new large. The helmet arrived in the right specification in less than a week. Heart to report the head pain with a large is non-existent!

I don't like the limitations on the first order 10% off! Most of your prices are the same as a few other motorcycle sites and Amazon. I would have used Amazon if they had the front tire in stock but I didn't want to wait for that.
Had what my husband wanted in stock right away.
Used the brand of tire in the past works for what we need and fair price.

We ordered at the store but since they didn't have the helmets we wanted (color) we ordered based solely on the picture online. We wanted high visibility colors (yellow and red) and these are awesome!

I ordered a tire as well as engine oil, engine filter, and fork oil. The engine oil, engine filter, and fork oil came in 4 different shipments and the tire was not shipped until 11 days (7 business days) after the order date.
I received an answer to regarding my late shipment but just that it was being worked on, no specific date of shipment. It did ship the next business day.

Order shipped quickly, and product was of high quality, regretfully I needed to return shipment due to jacket being to snug in my shoulders. Contacted Cycle Gear and they made returning very easy. And I purchased the next size larger, and cannot be happier!

Store online inventory said they had them in stock, so I made the 2 hour ride to grab one on a Saturdayafternoon. My fault I didn't reserve or call ahead, inventory was wrong, they were out of stock. Salesman set me up with free shipping and got the item by Wednesday.

I appreciated the help at the Fullerton location with sizing the helmet. Recieved order within a week. The only negative thing i have is the flap was not locked in and i could not get it to snap or stay in. And, i'm not a fan of the click strap. 50 years using D-ring.
Two locations near me, plus i had some gift cards to use. Win-win.
Between the Bell and Shoei. Reviews showed the Shoei to be quieter. Modular still isn't as quiet as full face.

I've been a Cycle Gear customer for years (been riding for 56 years). The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable, and the stores generally have what I am looking for. On this last stop, I was in the market for a light colored mesh armored jacket for summer riding in Arizona. The young lady who helped me took the time to describe the differences between the two jackets I was considering. In the end, I went for the Rev-it Eclipse 2. Good jacket: well made and flows plenty of air. Comfortable and appropriately sized. I have a black mesh and hi-viz mesh (both purchased at Cycle Gear before we moved to Arizona) - each will have their place, but this light gray/silver Rev-it is noticeably cooler in the blazing sun.

Went to check out the new Neotec 3 helmet
They had some in stock to try on but not the red.
Then helped get it ordered and shipped to me direct.
Also, put me on the call list for the new adapter for the Sena mesh system.
Had good experience and were knowledgeable.
Previous Shoei Neotec II owner. Saw a new model was out so wanted to see the difference in the two.
New model seems more balanced and quieter.
