I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
The product arrived in amazing condition earlier than expected. The jacket is super nice and breathable I'm very happy this was what I picked.

I stopped by my local Cycle Gear store to look at some riding jackets that could be used for cold weather riding as well as hot weather riding. The person that helped me was very knowledgeable and was a great help in deciding on a jacket, without any pressure. I ordered the Sedici Alexi 2 Mesh Jacket and it arrived in just a short time. After riding on a couple of short rides as well as a more distant ride, I found that the collar of the jacket has velcro and something on that collar rubbed on my neck for the entire time which caused me to have a significant irritation or chaffing in that spot. Ouch! Other than that, the jacket was fine and it works well with my airbag vest. Hope Sedici can fix the collar issue.

I selected ship to store and then use Apple Pay to checkout. I then received notification that the helmet is being shipped to my house.
Your developers built a system that ignores user preferences (to ship to store) and overwrites that with the 'shipping address' presented by Apple Pay. Not giving the customer a choice in shipping.
I called support IMMEDIATELY and was lied to about it being a security feature. I'm a front-end developer and I know when I'm being lied to about basic we stuff. This is a UX bug, and support people shouldn't lie to cover up issues. I was also told it was too late (immediately after ordering) to make any changes, or to cancel the order.
Sounds like you guys have zero control over your fulfillment, and no desire to support customers in their purchases.

Ordered a battery that would need to be filled and charged prior to use. Called to say I would be there to pick it up the following day and was told it would be taken care of when I was on my way. Called the next day to say I was on my way and about an hour away. And was told that my battery would be ready when I got there. The battery was not ready, and they still had to find it to even fill it. Spent another 30 minutes waiting in the store for a product I called ahead to have it ready for pick up.

I could have bought the same helmet from Amazon for the same price and had it delivered in a few days rather than 2 weeks, but I like Cycle Gear and their affiliated businesses, so I support them.
They have been very patient with me as I decided on which helmet I wanted.

My order consisted of a total of 5 tires for a Ninja 300 & a Piaggio 3 wheel scooter. The order was split with 2 tires on one tracking number, 3 tires on another. The 2 tires tracking number came in and were picked up. The store received 1 of remaining tires and the shipper closed out the tracking number as delivered. The remaining tires were delivered the next business day.

Finding The new Redwood city location, I was impressed with the size of the store, the variety of gear you offered, and the service I received when choosing an airbag, a critical component of my safety gear. It was an easy shopping experience.

New rider here. It's always hit or miss with riding jackets. Received a jacket that was a size too big. Called local Cycle Gear to see if they had my size in-store rather than returning my item via mail and yes they did! Item easily exchanged with no hoops to jump through.
