I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Ordered from another store. It came in and didn't fit. It was a gamble. They gave me a return and I bought something else.

I'm a new rider and shifted wrong causing my bike to loop out and the helmet saved me from any head injury. I will get another after I heal up a bit

While shopping online for a front paddock stand, I was intrigued by the 2-day shipping. I placed my order at around 10am PST, but was told that the order would not be processed until after the weekend. Due to limited time from working two jobs, I decided to return the package when it arrived and purchase a stand in store instead.

The Cardo Edge & half helmet accessories were delivered & installed by Justin perfectly in less than 4 business days. He then assisted with "pairing" to my 2018 Goldwing. I could not be happier. I ordered a size medium axial back armor and was sent a size large. So I had to go to the store to return it, to get the one I really needed. So shopping online cost me time and money to get nothing in return

First time going to a Cycle Gear. Much better quality gear than what is available at most motorcycle dealerships. They didn't have the 2 XL Arai helmet I wanted in stock, but Roland was able to order it to be shipped to my house for free.
It's the only store around that carries high-end helmets and gear like Arai, Shoei, Schuberth.
The Arai Signet X helmet was the most comfortable helmet I have worn and has extremely high quality fit and finish as well as top notch safety features.

The manager, staff were great... tire was installed w/o hitch but after having motorcycles for 50yrs, still a bit of a sticker shock on the final price. The tire list was stated at purchase, while the tube and labor was not, so it was a bit more than expected. :) I would return to cycle gear if needed and if i live long enough..

The guys at the San Marcos California store helped me out a lot to find what didn't fit so hopefully I won't have to return this jacket for being too small. Update:I had to return it for being too small. The guys at the San Marcos store were very accommodating and even offered suggestions on how I could get a larger jacket.

Ordered tires from the store on a Monday and they were ready for pickup on that Thursday. Took my rims in on Friday and they were ready for pickup Saturday. Great price on tires and outstanding customer service.

As a first time helmet buyer I needed a place to try a couple on and learn a little about different types. Excellent customer service and selection, Didn't have my size for the one I wanted but I was able to try on a different color and they ordered one for me and had it shipped to my house. Definitely the only place for bike life needs.

I don't remember the gentleman that helped me but he set up an account for me. Gave me some advice on helmets because I looked all over the internet watching videos and looking at all the data on what helmet would work best for me. Came in and had the helmet I needed, ordered the color I wanted online and got delivered a few days quicker than expected!

I like the layout out of their website, it's clear and easy to navigate. They have a wide variety of products and their availability is far better than most. I needed a new set of riding leathers for Flat Track Racing and wanted something that was affordable but also of good quality. I found this at Cycle Gear, which sells Sedici products. The items fit good and are comfortable to wear. It is a good alternative to having a custom fit that can be very costly for the infrequent times I will be wearing the protective gear.
Cycle Gear has a wide variety of products to choose from and a price range to fit an individual's pocketbook.
The quality of the Sedici apparel is excellent and is affordable for the average rider.

I was in the market to purchase a new helmet since my current one was at its life expectancy. Anyway the customer service I received was above and beyond. Since the helmet I wanted was in stock, they ordered the exact one I wanted, and advised me in the best blue tooth setup for me. I couldn't ask for anything better, and the helmet is exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new lid to try out Cycle Gear in Greenburgh, N.Y.

We purchased a Shoei Neotech 2 for my wife. Of course the helmet is top notch. Unfortunately my wife is in between sizes. No problem as the store associate, who was very knowledgeable regarding helmets and Shoei in particular, did a little research while we waited and determined we could order a slightly thicker top pad for the helmet. He made the order that showed up at our home in a timely manner. Problem solved, perfect helmet fit!
It is local, has a wide selection of helmets and my wife was able to try on the helmet to assure proper fit.
