I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Received my two helmets. One of the boxes was open. And did not have the brochure and the tube that the Other helmet had. I wonder if the sold me a return helmet?

Im a new biker. I went to cycle gear to get all of my gear. The employees were very helpful in guiding me in what to get and different options to fit my needs. I ended up wanting a white helmet and they didnt have the specific style I wanted in stock so I ordered it online. I accidentally sent it to the wrong store though but everyone was so willing to work with me and get it figured out! I love my gear- stylish, safe, and excellent quality.

Selected an accessory from their web page. Ordered it. Had it delivered to their local store. No shipping charge. They called me when it arrived. I picked it up next day. They had it there waiting for me whenO walked thru the door. Now, how easy was that? And the part was perfect. Fit perfectly.
Their selection is very good, especially since JP Cycles of under their umbrella. And their service is great.
I had recently upgraded my seat. The top surface was perforated. I needed a waterproof rain cover to keep it dry when i had to park outside, like for road trips. I chose a reputable company, Saddlemen, they make quality items.

It took too long to get my parts. I was able to cancel part of the order because tou did not have my spark plugs which I had to call after a week to find out. Had the dealer send me my parts and ship them to my house next day and was only $20.00 more and I was able to go on my ride last weekend. I just got theair filter this week so I will have to put it on a shelve until I need it next time. Very aggravating ordering parts from this company, no communication, takes too long, never again. Just lost a good cuatomer.
After being on hold for 20 minutes and having to hear a loop of everybody's working for the weekend , I talked to someone that said I could not can cancel my whole order because the pulled my air filter already, the can cancel my spark plugs because they were waiting for them to come In so they can ship those.

It should have been a red flag when my stock alert email showed just a single pair in a single size come back in stock - this was clearly a used return from another customer. When I contacted them about it they didn't seem to care. This was my first and last time ordering from CycleGear.

I have now ordered a few different items from Cycle gear and every time has been an easy experience. Whenever I had a question, it was promptly answered. When I wanted to request a refund or exchanged because a jacket didn't fit, they accommodated me. When I called to ensure a part fit my specific model and year of bike, they weren't afraid to tell me they didn't know and got back to me later when they did have an answer.
While I do not remember the name of the customer service associate who assisted me, I can say that they were able to cover any and all concerns brought their way.
I originally chose them because they had a physical near where I worked. I stayed with them because of the services provided.
They simply fulfilled the requirements that I needed for that product.

I lived in Hayward CA for many years and Cycle Gear locatiion there was always my go to place. Unfortunately, there are no nearby stores (Traverse City MI). I miss the easy availability and knowledgable staff of the brick and mortar store. Your online presence is fine and service is prompt but suggestiions and impulse purchases are precluded. The online marketplace is kind of crowded so there is more competition.

I ordered boots from a different site and when they arrived they were different sizes and not of good quality at all. I couldn't even fit them! But Cycle Gear delivered exactly what I ordered at the time they said and the quality was definitely a lot better. I just recommend getting a size up from your true size to have a little wiggle room for your toes. That's what I did and it makes them very comfortable to walk in when I get off my bike to pump gas.
I chose cycle gear because of the reviews I read about them and the brands they sell. The prices are pretty reasonable as well.
I chose the O'Neal boots because of the look of them. They match my riding suit very well. And of course for the price. I'm not a hardcore rider so I didn't have a need for expensive top of the line boots.

I received the helmet I ordered timely. Unfortunately, the helmet was too small so I had to return it. It was a different brand than I have bought in the past and that was the reason it was too small, Cycle Gear didn't have Large so I am getting a credit.
